I needed to deliver flowers at the residence in Short Hills. Made a few calls, and reached Olga at Sahola. I was very impressed by her unlimited patience explaining me all options, educating me and accommodating my needs. Then she was most flexible with the delivery time. I found Sahola by searching for NYC flower arrangements, and loved their work. I called to arrange for a post-Mother's Day delivery, speaking to a lovely woman named Olga. When Monday came, she called me from her private number to tell me that the flowers for arrangement I had requested were not available in the market that morning and that the ones she had were not satisfactory (in the past I have worked with other florists who would have gone with the less-than-fresh option, or changed the order without telling me). Instead, Olga suggested a different arrangement, and had it delivered to my mother within 1 hour. My mother called me gushing about how "elegant, unusual and beautiful" it was, then asked for Sahola's contact information so she could tell her friends. Flowers were beautiful and turned out just how we wanted! They have a way of creating not just a floral arrangement, but a piece of art. We chose to have the arrangements last through three events and when a flower started to dwindle (not their fault, plant was needing care), they were there to fix it in time for our last event.
