We hired Safeco to handle the security system for our Midtown office and were not disappointed by the results. They offered friendly service, readily available maintenance, and flexibility that was essential to the unique requirements we had for our office. The key card reader we purchased from them worked immediately after their installation, and their staff was readily available for assistance as we modified the system to suit our needs. We were very satisfied with Safeco when we hired them for our big event in NY. First of all, we were very worried about helding the event in NY because we had not done it before. Before the day of event, we met many times and Safeco responded all our needs for metal detectors, additional security personnel, and shift coordination. Some of our requests seemed difficult because we asked at the last minute and we thought they would say it wasn’t possible, but Safeco responded quickly and in a professional manner. As a small business owner, having a professionally installed security camera system is extremely important. I checked out a number of different vendors, and settled on Safeco, as they also installed a security system for a business associate of mine. The installation went without a hitch and my surveillance needs were met to my every specification. The one time in the past 6 months I needed support; I received a call back promptly, and was able to resolve the issue promptly. Their security camera installation service was excellent!I was looking for the reliable security camera company for the place where I used to work, then found Safeco Risk Control online. According to their website, they have worked for Japanese embassy, famous restaurants and companies in the city, so I immediately contacted for inquiries. They seemed busy so it took a couple weeks to set up our first meeting. But the technician (Supervisor) was very knowledgeable and experienced. (He had a great sense of humor as well!) I have used Safeco Risk Control's services for 15 years and can say that I am more than satisfied with what they have to offer. In that time they have installed and maintained a camera surveillance system that has consistently kept my restaurant secure and protected. Their customer support has been particularly admirable, as they have provided assistance with setting up mobile and laptop access to my camera recordings so I can keep an eye on my restaurant even when I am not their physically. They have also made sure that my recordings are safe and secure so that only I can see what they contain. They bring a level of trust and reliability to the service that many others cannot.
