I ordered the flowers through their website, at 4 AM the same day. The delivery was going to a local location. However, the office park is over 200,000 ft. ², and 35 businesses. Fortunately, the delivery person went to the right building, and left it with reception. I was happy that I got an email when the order went out, and when the order was delivered. The only thing I wish that Sada's had, was a tracker so I could track the driver in real time. The flowers were well received, and they look even better than in the pictures. One of my favorite ways to use Yelp is to find businesses in areas where I'm not so that I can still buy local for friends who live in other parts of the country. That is exactly how I found Sada's Flowers. I live in Maine and my boss lives in Los Angeles. I wanted to get her flowers for her birthday a few months ago and, rather than go through a national company, I did a quick search on Yelp for florists in Culver City and found Sada's Flowers. The reviews were great and the photos of the floral arrangements seemed like the flowers were fresh and healthy. After navigating an easy website, I placed my order and crossed my fingers that they would be delivered, be on time, and look like they did on the site. I'm happy to say that everything went as smoothly as it could have! They arrived right as the office party was happening and I got a message with a photo of the flowers saying, "These have to be THE most beautiful flowers I have ever seen!" (Her husband was in the office when she sent it, so that's saying something!). I can't recommend Sada's Flowers enough if you're in the area or just know someone who is! I am from out-of-town and ordered a bouquet for a funeral. You always worry when using a florist you've never met, but the photos I've seen from family members show that this bouquet was full and beautiful. Because of no mail service on Indigenous People's Day, 10/14/19, I realized my 21 year old niece was not going to receive her birthday card on time. A milestone birthday & no recognition! I found this awesome flower shop on Yelp and decided to give it a go. My daughter just started working for the NFL & it was her birthday so I wanted to send her flowers for both occasions. Turns out Sada’s Flowers is located 10 min from the NFL headquarters! So I was eligible for free delivery! And they literally delivered this gorgeous floral design within hours of me placing an order online! Which, by the way, was super easy to do! Stunningly beautiful flower crown!!!I wanted something extra cute for my friends bday and decided to get a flower crown. I really didn't know what I wanted, but the women at this shop did a great job making suggestions and putting it all together in very short time. The finished product was more beautiful than I could have imagined and everyone loved it. The tricky part was I picked up the crown on Wed but the bday party was on Thurs. the store folded the crown in plastic and gave me specific instructions about how to place it in my fridge and transport it 2hrs north (in a cooler lol). Sounds ridiculous but it stayed amazingly fresh and the bday girl enjoyed it the entire day. It was so well preserved she also hung it to dry and keep. Amazing amazing service!!! A close friend of mine had just got engaged and I wanted to send flowers. The first website I went to allowed me to set up the delivery (including the address) online with no issues. The florist then called to let me know they had "never even heard of that place and they do not deliver there." Even though it was in LA County and stated they could "hand deliver for $20" to her zip code on their site. (If it were me I would have just delivered the flowers and had a stern convo with my website developer but what do I know lol.)Anyways, I called Sada's and my first question was if they delivered to my friends address. They said they did not, but they would refer me to a sister shop and the sister shop would call me to talk details later on.Three minutes later I received a call from Sada's, and they said they would be taking care of my delivery themselves, even though they don't even deliver to my friends area. I mean seriously!! How amazing is that?! They asked me to email over details/requests ect and I did. I hadn't heard from them in a day or two so I called to confirm and they said they hadn't received the email previously, but they would get the flowers to my friend no problem. SAME DAY! I honestly didn't expect them to really do it as it was now 2pm and the day was fast fading. But then... my friend tells me she received the flowers just four hours after I called Sada's and I quote ..."THEY ARE STUNNING/PERFECT/EVERYTHING/MADE HER DAY/WOW YOU ARE THE BEST FRIEND EVER!" Soooo... yes, I highly recommend this place. Sada's, you are STUNNING/PERFECT/EVERYTHING and I so appreciate your amazing service. Plus the flowers are epic. I mean come on!!!
