Individual Counseling
One on one counseling sessions focused on your goals, exploring who you are and who you would like to be in the world. Common topics include anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationships struggles.
Couples Counseling
I invite couples to a sense of mutuality where both individuals feel safe to be heard and increase understanding for one another.
