Im about one month into their 90 day wellness program and I highly recommend it. Nicole Turgeon, the nutritionalist and Greg Popp are the real deal. The Front staff are all welcoming and make some of the best protein shakes around . My husband and I have been active members for over ten years! All the employees are friendly and helpful! I,myself, like the cardio classes with Tiffany,Beth and Melissa! My husband and I joined about two months ago. We had a membership at another gym we weren’t using and just wasting money � we checked out several gyms near our house. Saco Sport & Fitness was the most expensive of the gyms we checked out, but so far it’s been totally worth every penny! I’ve been going to some of the classes and love all the instructors I’ve had so far (Kelly, Libby, Joe & Janice, and Melissa). They make the classes fun, but still kick your butt when you need it! I did some research on several locations from Portland down to Kennebunkport. This facility offered more bang for your buck! The kids day care staff are great and informative, daycare coincides with most class times. This was great because my i, and husband and 2 boys could go morning and evening for regular workouts and classes we couldn't do before. Also, when comparing daycares at other facilities, this one was cleaner, and the schedule was easy, no "call in to reserve a child's spot", but denial if it was already full (and thus no work out) as with a few other facilities. Child care is also included in the family plan, unlike some others as well. The staff are all so friendly and knowledgeable, it's a family oriented community. I even signed up for personal training, and there were a few different options, like 1 on 1, tribe, and levels of expertise. A great warm inviting gym with an amazing staff! They are there at anytime to help you with what you need. There is a huge variety of classes to try, I personally love the hot yoga class with Libby as my instructor. Access to personal trainers who are amazing and nutritionist too.
