I contacted Robert with only 5-6 weeks to my great niece's party so it was very last minute. He kept in constant contact with me the whole time.
My g-niece changed the menu from a mash potato bar to Mexican food just before Christmas..and Robert was not phased, he reworked it..even added the Mexican corn she wanted, til it was something Hijjah would enjoy. He was very easy to work with. Party was the first weekend in January, they arrived early to set up and was overall fabulous. They provided not only food but brought everything they thought we needed and more. Everything was fabulous down to the plates. The food was so delicious. 2 days later & I'm left dreaming of their tasty burritos. When I was resting (it had been a long day)
Robert personally served me a plate. Thank You Robert & Naomi for taking Hijjah's sweet 16 from blah to over the top. Oh and we had lots of leftovers for an after party late night snack back at my hotel.

I was a guest at a 60th surprise birthday party at independence yacht club where RW catering was the caterer. The food was excellent and the staff even better! ! I can’t say enough about how tasty the food was or how nice the caterers were. I went up for seconds but it was already in the back (because the line was gone and food was pretty much gone) and one caterer (Denise) delivered us a plate to our table of what was left from that dish! Bob is amazing!! If you are planning any event-whether its a wedding, graduation party, cook-out this is your guy to go to! Bob catered for our wedding and I can't say enough on how amazing he was! From the beginning, he was communicative and thought of every single detail. He also helped us find a tent company who was amazing to work with! Our wedding day went perfectly! His staff was friendly and nice, and the food was AMAZING! All of my guests loved the coconut shrimp, kabob meal, and late night snacks. Multiple people came up to me after the wedding telling me how much they enjoyed the food and service. He helped us with decorations for the wedding (including the Arbor that we used for the ceremony), an awesome Boat that we placed drinks in, and even provided a popcorn machine! Bob went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect for our special day and I can't say ENOUGH how thankful I am for him and his whole crew! Thank you BOB!!! More...

Bob did a clam boil for a 60th Anniversary party for us over Labor Day weekend. The food was delicious! Everyone raved about how wonderful everything was and there was more than enough for everyone. Back in May, my sister and I threw our father a surprise 70th birthday party. This was Memorial Day weekend and it was pouring rain all weekend especially on Saturday, the day of the party. Robert and his staff made this party amazing!! I called many catering companies, did my research and landed on RW Catering. I’m so happy I did! They cooked everything right there which was amazing!!! I was able to tweak the menu anyway I wanted to make sure we had a little of everything! We had steak tips, chicken broccoli ziti, potato salad, salad, veggie board, shrimp cocktail and the fan favorites…lobsters, steamers and oysters. I was blown away by the the service he and his staff provided. We had about 45 people total on a cold and rainy day and everyone RAVED about the food and how it was amazing that it was cooked right there so it was nice and hot on a cold day! we had a wonderful experience with rob when we had to replan our wedding in our backyard. his setup was amazing and our guests felt safe and cared for (plexiglass and severs portioning out food vs multiple people touching utensils) at an event during the pandemic. he met with me on site to see the our backyard before the event to make sure he was prepared for the day of, and accommodated my off menu food requests.. can not recommend his food enough (especially the mini lobster rolls) and stress how professional he was. truly a joy to work with and we are excited to work with he and his team in the future. thank you for making our day amazing and delicious!!!! We held a small backyard wedding this year and we have nothing but nice things to say about Bob and his team at R.W. Catering. Not only did he work within Covid safety standards, but he also was flexible enough to work around a thunderstorm that graced us quickly in the afternoon. From the planning stage: Bob knows how to work with you to make sure you get what you envision and is a good communicator; so that he knows just what to do the day of, so you can worry about everything else. The food was delicious (served behind plexiglass, by servers with masks and gloves on). People are still talking about the food- especially the cheese and shish kabobs! We hired R.W. CATERING to cater my parents 63rd wedding anniversary, on one of the busiest Summer/Holiday weekends (July 3, 2017), for approximately 50 people, and we were extremely happy with the food and service that Chef Robert Wing and his team provided.
Robert carefully worked with us to plan the perfect menu and we had plenty of options to choose from. We went with a good old fashioned New England clam boil and cookout. The quality of the food, the value, the service and attention to detail were all excellent. We will definitely use R.W. CATERING again for our next big family and friends gathering.
