Bob came out, drew it up, made some great suggestions, like wrapping the steel posts with cedar now facing inside the yard. Honestly, it looks more like furniture than a fence. They worked with precision and did not do a rush 'slam it in' job. All calls to the office were handled politely and messages returned quickly. Rustic Fence installed my beautiful fence 2 years ago when I moved into my new home. One of my neighbors described it as " delicious". About a week ago, I discovered that my gate latch was not keeping my gate closed. I called Bob Erwin and he came out and took a look. While he was here, he also walked the perimeter of my back yard and discovered a few pickets that had tiny splits in them( only about 3 or 4). Alfredo came out and fixed my gate latch and replaced those pickets! All of it was covered under the warranty. I'd seen a number of "Rustic" fences around the area that I had liked, so I called them for a quote. I also stopped by their location to check them out. Note, their 'stained' fence is constructed from wood that is actually 'dipped' prior to assembly, so it's complete and thorough. I had a proposal in just a couple of days. They started on time and while the job took a bit longer than anticipated, the workmanship is great. I'm very picky and their crew built a solid, durable fence that looks fantastic. I ordered 'metal-framed wood gates' and what they built are beyond my hopes. The finish-out is nearly interior quality. I would recommend Rustic Fence to anyone and everyone. I saw what they were capable of doing, received a basic quote plus the costs of any additional add-ons we had discussed. I could easily decide what x-tras I wanted, the additional price, and was able to decide what could (or couldn't) fit into my budget. No high pressure sales! The fence is perfect! After this year’s wind storm, I called Rustic for a quote and they send out Bob Erwin who was very professional and kept me in the loop through the whole process. I did receive several quotes but gave the job to Rustic based on the BBB reviews and jobs I have seen around the community. I have asked them to come back to do a repair which was caused by a neighbor and Bob got right back to me. I recently needed some repairs done to my fence. After some research I contacted Ryan South and quickly set up a time to get a quote. He made this a painless process with his professionalism. For some odd reason, getting someone to come out to the house, prepare an estimate, follow-through with a call and then give a good price was like pulling teeth! Don't folks NEED the work anymore?Our experience with Rustic went something like..-called for estimate-they stopped by the next day and sent the estimate a day after-their price was well below others we'd received-we accepted and were given a lead-time of 7 to 10 days for construction to begin-they began and completed the job roughly 6 days later-there was no clean-up needing done afterwards. Met with Bob Erwin 7:30 Friday morning for a quote, which was prepared and e-mailed to me by 10:00 am. The proposal was very complete and professional. Bob was the 2nd contractor I met with regarding my fence replacement, they were not the cheapest, but I was impressed with the professionalism shown. They did work with me on the price (still not the cheapest). They showed up when they said they would, did what they said would and more. Rustic Fence did an excellent job in replacing my wooden privacy fence. With my sloping backyard and need for an aggregate retaining wall, the job was more challenging than usual and Rustic Fence responded with a final quality product . Nathan Emms was a pleasure to work with throughout the design and construction process. I have very high standards and the new fence was everything I expected and more in terms of timeliness and quality of construction. Nathan and his on-site crew were responsive to my needs and addressed any questions I had as the fence was being erected. Since its completion I had had drive-bys and neighbors ask me for the name of the company that constructed my fence that’s a real testament to the acre and craftsmenship that went into the fence. I recently needed a portion of my home-fence repaired.  After many calls to many contractors and many emails to various fencing companies, Rustic was 1 of 2 companies to follow-through with a call-back and later an estimate. Not only was their estimate hundreds cheaper than the other company, Rustic gave me a timeline of events leading up to and following the installation of my fence, and stuck to it without question!My initial inquiry was responded to within 48 hours of submitting a form on their website, they gave me a time (within 2 days) that they would go by and look at the fence to provide an estimate, they emailed me the estimate within a day after their visit and their terms and conditions were written in plain, clear English.   They required half down and half on completion and took my credit-card without question.   Once the deposit was out of the way, they gave me a work-start estimate of 10 days and actually showed up in 9 I believe. It took them a day to replace poles, install 2 stained sections of fence (including a gate) and you can hardly tell that anyone was even there.  No trash or divots.   Just professional installation.They warranty their fences for 7 years as well which is helpful based on the windstorms we seem to get every spring. I can't stress enough how impressed I am with this company.  Everything they said they'd do, they did.  No empty promises.  No "I'll be out tomorrow" and never show up.  No bloated estimates.     These guys delivered in every way imaginable.    I was nearly at the end of my rope as it took 2 prior weeks of so-called "contractors" who didn't show up, didn't return calls or simply looked at plat-diagrams to measure the fence for an estimate before I called Rustic.Any other homeowners out there needing some fencing work done, I'd definitely call Rustic first.   I would recommend them in a heartbeat. Because our metal gates were at strange angles, they would not open completely at first.
