Came in for our first time here as locals in Brownsburg with high hopes. Really wanted a beer and they had Zombie Dust so we were off to a good start. Ordered three items from the menu (One specifically asking for without a specific item on the entree due to dietary recs). Low and behold when everything was delivered the entree had exactly what we didn't want on it. Waited for follow-up service and finished all the food and our beers before any server returned to check in. After explaining the mishap all they did was remove the entree from the bill and ring us out. No complimentaries on their behalf to makeup for the bad experience. Simple bar food. I was born and raised on combos in the Chicago area. I've been in Indiana since 2004 and haven't found any decent Chicago style food anywhere around here. That includes the restaurant that starts with P. We had Rush off Main tonight and were very happy with the quality of the food, especially since it's takeout vs. dining in. We love Rush, the food is great, the atmosphere is good, but my absolute favorite is our bartender, Shannon! My husband and I try to have weekly “date nights” at Rush. We watch games & catch-up, it’s relaxed, so we can come in whatever we’re wearing! Shannon is always quick to serve, great with small-talk, knows our fav drinks, changes the channel when she realizes we should be watching the “prime” games & truly, just a fun person to enjoy your evening with.
