A gentleman by the name of Ken drives the morning trolley route to goshen I haven’t rode in a few years but he was the kindest gentleman and always made his riders feel so welcome he would always offer my daughter bubble gum I hope he’s doing well I miss seeing him and enjoy the advice he used to give !!! Such a wonderful man !!!

Our group of four came to South Bend in October for the Garth Brooks concert at Notre Dame. At the last minute I decided to hire a car rather than figure out where to park. Tim Vargo at Royal Excursion far exceeded any customer's reasonable expectations for customer service, going above and beyond the call of duty. He handled every detail and we worried about absolutely nothing. He picked us up at our hotel when he said he would, dropped us off at our restaurant near the stadium and was there to greet us after the show for our return trip home. He was completely professional and, again, truly went above and beyond to accommodate our needs on short notice. More...
