We called ahead, we arrived as a party of 5 at peak brunch hour and FOH quickly got us to our seats. The service was excellent, we were served truly "bottomless" cocktails. For anyone who goes to brunches at popular places, you know that "bottomless" cocktails are a way to get people in the door and bleed them dry while their cups run empty with weak-watered down versions of classic brunch cocktails for half the meal. This was not the case with RPP, our cups were never empty and I often had a next drinking coming without ever asking for it. The bloody was super solid and had a good vodka ratio. The macaroni and cheese with buffalo tenders was solid, the tenders were exceptional, great buffalo sauce. The Cuban was good, huge portion with truffle fries (which were great). The huevos rancheros were great, very fresh and eggs done perfectly. Shrimp and grits were very creamy and savory. We all left super satisfied and full of food and drink. More...

We stopped by here one afternoon to avoid rush hour traffic. We sat in a booth, which came with its own TV. It was a nice touch, especially if you're there on a busy sports night. Our server was very attentive and our drinks were delivered almost immediately. The drinks were mixed great and were reasonably priced for this area. Unfortunately, because of the reasons we visited, we did not get to try the food. As soon as traffic died down, we had to get going. Royal Pig Pub/ Absolutely delicious! I had the Free range chicken tenders with sawmill gravy, buttermilk biscuit with cheddar jalapeño grits.  Excellent choice! Crunchy & juicy. The Gravy had a unique velvety rich flavorful taste. It was very good. So much going on with this dish. My bartenders recommendation. Thank you. Went here for brunch while waiting for a flight to head out on a Sunday. The food was great; we had the steak and eggs and the waffles,both brunch items. Perfectly seasoned and prepared. Great service, Â Nick our waiter was the epitome of what perfect service should be. He was attentive without hovering, genuinely friendly and despite being very busy he never made us feel rushed with the drinks (we had the all you can drink mimosas)nor did he abandon us. Royal Pig is one of my absolute favorites in Fort Lauderdale. Â I have been about a dozen times and every time has been exceptional. The food, outstanding. The decor, inviting. Â The staff, attentive and fun.I highly suggest the duroc ribs, they are one of a kind and just out of this world. I've been here a total of three times. Each time I came for the same thing, their burgers. The place is located near the downtown in Fort Lauderdale, so if you like the city scene, then you'll enjoy the outside seating, which is my prefer choice. But the inside doesn't fall behind. The place looks elegant inside the restaurant, and would even prefer it for a date. The only parking option is paid parking, whether that's street parking or garage. Street parking have meters nearby, but pay by phone is also an option. I've been here in parties of 2 and 4, and the service has always been good. Their burgers are really good, nice and juicy. I like my simple bacon cheeseburgers with cheddar, and they don't disappoint. You have the options of regular, truffle, or sweet potato fries. You can't go wrong with whichever one you choose. I find the beer options to be a bit limited, and I'm not a beer guy. They have various ipa, a red ale, your typical Bud Light, and a couple of others. I've had two of their desserts as well. The cookie sundae I found it to be a little disappointing. As a cookie aficionado it was ok. I think the marshmallow on the sundae ruined it, for me at least. A friend got their bread pudding, and that was delicious. I can recommend that for dessert. I haven't tried anything else on the menu aside from the burgers and desserts. My wife and I were in a day early for a ten day cruise through the Panama Canal and we walked around 5 miles through Ft. Lauderdale. What an awesome town and it seems like it has two downtowns.Great happy hour at this place, our server sat us and I ordered a big schooner of Jai Alai IPA, an amazing beer by a brewery nearby.I ordered a flatbread off the happy hour menu, with bbq pulled pork on it, and it was a perfect fit for a 30K step day. When my wife heard pulled pork, she knew it was my favorite and would be in front of me within the next 30 minutes.The service and ambiance was perfect for happy hour on a pre-cruise day. This place is terrific! Nice ambiance, great service and impressive pub type food. I very much enjoyed for an appetizer, the Jumbo Bavarian Pretzel served warm with three tasty dips. For my entree I had the Free Range Creole Chicken Club Sandwich which was served with sweet potato fries. Royal Pig is another beautiful place in the heart of Las Olas.They have great food and drinks. Â Managed to get appetizers and drinks at happy hour so that was a savings. Â A great time was had by all.I also love the name of this place. I had first been under the impression that it was a barbecue place but it isn't although you can still get Ribs if you want them.
