Royal Diamond Bay Area Limousine Inc (Sunny) was a pleasure and easy to work with from the start. I now have their number saved in my phone for the future. Sunny responded to my last minute inquiry almost immediately , gave me the best price for RT Stockton to Oakland airport, and within 5 minutes or less, Sunny confirmed our transport for a family of six in a stretch limo after I placed a small deposit and gave our flight information. On the day off, Sunny texted me and confirmed pick up time and place with Bobby as our driver. Bobby arrived a few minutes early and patiently waited for my family and I to be ready. He helped put our bags in the limo, and made sure we were comfortable before driving us to the airport. Bobby is a very skilled driver! The ride was smooth that my entire family fell asleep until we reached the airport. On our arrival date, I texted Sunny and informed him that our flight would be delayed. We were in constant communication, and he was pleasant and patient with the different time changes of our flight. We didn't arrived until after 11pm. Once again, Bobby arrived early to the airport so we didn't have to wait for him, and we were given clear instructions as to where we would be picked up at the airport. Bobby helped us with our luggages, and drove us home safely and quickly. The following morning, Sunny texted to follow up with the service. He thanked us for our business, and wish us well. Wish I could give it 10 stars. We (14 girls) hired the limo service to go Napa for pre-Mother's day celebration. It was absolutely an impeccable experience. Sunny ji was so supportive, nice & accommodating. He made the whole experience extremely smooth. He gave us complimentary champagne to enjoy before the ride. This was a great party bus experience! The bus is brand new and very cool with limo-like vibe. Two TVs and awesome sound system, bar and wrap around quilted bench seating.
The driver was on time and helped us with our every need!
