Would absolutely hire again. The food was so delicious and John is such a nice guy. He is an excellent communicator and went above and beyond for my husband and I. His staff helped clear plates and cut and served the cake for us. We had 2 chicken options: BBQ chicken breast and sour cream, chives and bacon stuffed chicken breast. For sides we had asparagus and potatoes with a salad and roll. All was so delicious and my guests had nothing but good things to say about their meal. Definitely recommend. More...

John catered an event for me and I was really happy with everything from start to finish. I felt comfortable giving him creative license and told him I was open to any ideas he had for the menu. He absolutely delivered! We snacked on bloody mary infused tomatoes, spicy turkey with coleslaw and wonderful smoked salmon crostinis. He also made cookies that went PERFECTLY with the theme - and they tasted amazing! John also provided plates, napkins, etc so we didn't have to worry about anything!
