I write here on this page with a light heart and tears through eyes.Thanking God for reading all these past reviews because my decision to use this amazing attorney was based on the reviews i read here. First i and my family thank you so much for your help towards my immigration issues especially during this extremely tough era!Here goes my experience......... I applied for adjustment of status as my husband is a US citizen and i have a daughter born here, i was denied based on something regarding to my past marriage and asked to apply for a waiver.i was upset with my old lawyer because i felt if she put enough time into reviewing my applications she should have noticed this before the interview but she didn't! I then decided not to use her and after a long search through the internet i came across this wonderful lawyer.I was asked by the uscis to apply for a 1-601a waiver which in a lot of cases could be the most difficult thing to get approved- but to my shock attorney cheri went all out to put things together to get me through this huddle.i sincerely didnt know what to think at the time of filing for the waiver- i was just left with no option so i went ahead.She drove several miles to get letters from people and drove all my documents to the office to be sure it was submitted- she even paid on my behalf.Within 2weeks of my submission of the waiver- i now have my pr card with me...i am so happy.I feel so privileged to have such a detailed lawyer, and i am happy to be part of people recommending her if you ever feel the need to use a lawyer! In general,I don't write reviews but i found this as a good way to say Thank you to Cheri. As a businessman, I had to deal with many attorneys. None of them could compete with Cheri. She is one of a kind. Even she would provide her mobile phone number, so she will assist you at anytime. This will make a big difference when you need assistance. Based on my experience, i would doubt any Lawyer would do that. Beside this, Cheri took my case as her own and went with it to the end . For over year I had an ongoing RO violation case,had it not been for atty Cheri going above and beyond ,the out come wold have been different.
