My place was desperately in need of a deep clean & I was looking around on Yelp seeking out a highly rated cleaning service. My experience today with Room413 Cleaning was great! The other reviews were totally on point.I had Lana & Irina cleaning my place (with Mariana helping for a while as well). All of them were incredibly courteous and attentive to detail. I had the deep steam cleaning done in my kitchen and bathrooms and it came out great. If you're picky about counter items being back in the exact spot you might want to let them know - because they do move things around in their thoroughness.Since I was doing a deep clean, I decided to get my carpets steamed at the same time. Miguel did the carpet steaming and he was also very courteous and detail oriented. I live in an apartment where - unfortunately - the building owner chose very light colored carpeting that shows every speck of dirt & every spill. Miguel got it looking like it did when I first moved in. The only feedback I'd give the owner is that it would be great to send your carpet steamers out with a roll of paper to create pathways after the work is done and the carpet is still wet. I had to put beach towels down to walk on for now. For anyone concerned after reading the reviews about a cleaner showing up with their dog & not doing a good job: I asked not to have that cleaner and was told that person no longer works out in the field.Booking was easy & I was able to pay through Zelle. I loved Maria/Sasha and her partner in cleaning! I called them the day before and they came and had to clean this filthy condo I moved into. I just moved into a room in an apartment after someone moved out and it was filthy. Years of build up. There was noo way I could do that alone. And let's be real, I really didn't want to. I decided to call for some help and these lovely ladies, Lana and Tina, kicked my apartments ass. They cleaned the whole apartment and did an (extreme) deep cleaning of the bathroom and kitchen. I needed help in doing move-out cleaning for a 2 bedroom/2 bathroom apartment. I made several inquiries with businesses I found on Yelp. Lee was the quickest and most responsive. I was easily able to make a decision based on his upfront information regarding pricing and their availability that worked with my time limitation. Day of - Lee and the 2 cleaners showed up on time (before me even) and fully equipped. We did a quick walk through so that they knew what areas needed attention and went straight to the gritty. I'm not one to leave reviews, but when a service deserves to be spoken about, it is a must. I searched days for a cleaning service, looking at reviews, making calls and inquiring about their prices. I receive a quote on yelp from Room413, i called them immediately, literally 2 days from when I needed the job to be done. The guy i spoke with was extremely helpful, and patient (allowing me to explain every thing that was needed.) I needed an extreme deep cleaning, due to construction and other stuff. He recommended a 3 person job, best way for I to save money and time. (that was a plus) They showed up yesterday &&& OMG.! I was amazed. Ive had other cleaning services, or cleaning ladies come to my place and they've never done a job as good as this. One of the ladies was on the flor cleaning all of my baseboards, cleaned my windows inside and outside. The guy, i wish I remembered his name, he communicated with me none stop, verifying that I liked what was being done. && what we did was what impressed me the most. With out asking he cleaned my patio, I wish I had before pictures. But I took pictures of the patio once he was done to show off. And then there was Lana, she honestly went above and beyond, moping my floors twice making sure it was super clean.. Seamless from quote to completion. They responded quick to give me a quote. Answered all of my questions quickly and had the availability I needed. When the cleaners showed up they were very polite and fully equipped. The lead was Lana. She and I did a walkthrough of my apartment, they asked a few questions and got started immediately. Wow! Thank you very much Room413 cleaning services! I have not written a review in awhile but I had to due to the outstanding job Room413 cleaning services did for me. Just a little background, I live alone, work a good amount of hours, and use my apartment only to eat, read, and sleep. To say that I fell behind on my domestic duties would be an understatement ;-).. I asked associates with similar workloads how they managed thier household chores and they all work with cleaning services. So onto Yelp I go and fire off inquiries for quotes. Room413 responded first, compared pricing, and decided to book with them. Arrived on time and warned them that it's been awhile that I've used a cleaning service. I was assured that when I got home later, everything will be cleaned and organized. I just got home and it's like I just moved into a new apartment! I scheduled a deep clean after a relative moved out of my 880 sq ft 2-bedroom/1 bath house. Details looked pretty good and I couldn't find anything they missed. I'm happy with the quality of the work.Windows, blinds, inside of all cabinets, wall stains, baseboards, carpet, ceiling fans, shelves in closets, tub, door jambs, everything was cleaned thoroughly. I was hoping the grout between the floor tiles would look new again, but there was at least an improvement. Although it took about an hour longer than I thought it would have (it took 3 nice ladies 4 hours), the results were great.
