We adopted a dog recently and found out she had some separation anxiety, and since we live in an apartment we couldn’t have constant barking while we were gone. I found this out the second day we had her, and Mike got us in 2 days later! Due to the pandemic, we were not eager to meet in person, so he was able to coach us via Skype. We have had a couple sessions so far and she now only barks for a couple minutes and settles herself in. His help was greatly appreciated!!! Highly recommend Mike! More...

Ok seriously, please read! I shopped for months looking for a trainer. Michael was one of the first I found and was instantly put off by how expensive I thought it was. After months of research I found out why. My wife and I decided to wait and save up money and finally had Michael come out and after just one lesson with him, my wife and I now believe he doesn't charge enough. It was super hard to trust other reviews we read of multiple people raving about Michael, and one that even said she had paid for several other trainers prior to Michael and how nothing worked until she hired him, and you probably won't either until you experience it yourself. Seriously we can't say it enough, my wife literally cried the entire night the first night he came because for weeks we had talked about giving up our dog. I say all this because I hope, if you even read just one testimonial, I hope it's this one. He's well worth the money and the wait time to fit into his schedule, hands down. More...

We have two dogs in different stages of life, a 7 year old and a 6 month old. We were looking for someone to help us with reteaching the older dog while starting from scratch with the younger dog. Michael did just that! From the very beginning he was responsive, professional and a pleasure to work with. Our dogs loved the sessions with him and were completely exhausted afterwards. He did a wonderful job of tailoring to both of their individual needs and explaining to us the rational behind each of his techniques. This helped us with conceptualizing the bigger picture so that we can apply some of the basic idea to other behaviors that need correcting. Michael was available outside of sessions as well in case we had follow up questions or needed clarification. His pricing was fantastic for two dogs with in-home sessions as well. We did the 5 class package and it was worth every penny. I would recommend Michael to anyone with dog training needs and plan to keep him in mind for any future needs our dogs may have in their training or boarding. More...
