There are no words to describe how grateful I am for Rochester Dog Walkers. They have taken exemplary care of our frenchie, Harper. I was a little apprehensive about having a stranger take care of my dog, but now I could never imagine anyone else checking in on her during the day. I cannot begin to describe how appreciative I am for Rochester Dog Walkers and the love and care they have shown to my baby. It broke my heart to leave her home while I went to work, but RDW worked with me and my schedule to make sure that she was taken care of. The pictures and daily updates assured me that she was happy while I was gone and they totally brightened my day at work. Honestly, this is the best dog walking service I have ever used. The most important thing is that they are big enough to be 100% reliable - in the past I had dog walkers who would be on vacation, quit with no notice, forget to show up. ..you name it! With Rochester Dog Walkers you go to work confident that your dog will be taken good care of. Also, I have an older dog who is deaf, and they have always managed that situation perfectly. We have been so blessed to have Rochester Dog Walkers be part of our lives this year. We have used both the dog walking services and the pet sitting services. Both have been fantastic - showing lots of love and individual attention to our dogs. In addition, both of our dogs have had surgery this year, and they have been able to accommodate their special needs (e.g., medications, walking with a sling). It means so much to have caring, professional staff looking after our pups when we are at work or on vacation. We love receiving the photos of our pups having fun, and the daily messages on how the visit went. In addition, the payment and scheduling portal is efficient and easy to use. Let's face it, your pet is family.  When we got our new puppy we were nervous to leave him in the care of someone we didn't know well.  Beau and her team are just what you would want out of a dog walking business.  First, they actually care about your animal.  It's not a business where animals are a commodity.  Beau was thoughtful in her questions about our arrangement, what Ozzy's habits are and took detailed notes to make sure his routine was followed.  Madelyn was our walker and she always left a friendly note about her visit and would even post photos during the day at times.  Nothing better than seeing a picture of your pet in the middle of the work day!If your'e on the fence or not sure who to use...call these folks.  You will not be disappointed. Mark is wonderful! He is flexible and will do everything he can to work with your schedule. My dogs love him and are always completely exhausted after an hour walk with him.
