Where can I begin with the Robles Team. They came from LA to capture our special day and we're so happy that we had them as our cinematographers because the work they did on our videos makes me cry every time I watch it. Our day was hectic, but April and her team worked with us and made sure that all the scenes were captured that were necessary and important to us. April even went out of her way to ensure that I look my best as the bride by fixing things that looked out of place. Robles is an amazing team of people who are so attentive and talented that capture your day to make it look as amazing as it felt! The process they go through to ensure your video comes out to your liking is so organized and descriptive! I loved working with them the day of and post-production because they're on top of it all and guide you through everything before you receive the final product. My husband and I hired Robles Video Productions for our wedding cinematography. They also worked with us for my sister's wedding prior. They are amazing to work with. Everyone was prompt, kind, and professional. What we loved most about them was that they focused on our natural element...they blended right in and were able to capture pure and emotional moments. I love this company and the whole team. I got to know about them from my cousin, when she got married. It's been five years since me and my husband have been married and I first used them for my wedding. We were so happy with them from their professionalism with handling everything and from shooting the video and making sure your big day is flawless. They did such an amazing job with our wedding video that I could not resist watching it more than one time. So when the time came when my brother was looking for a videographer I could not think of anybody but them. April and her entire team are wonderful to work with. April is very thorough and specific with what type of coverage you should expect during your pre-meetings with her. If you have specific expectations, you should make them clear during these meetings and she will make sure to deliver on those requests. Since April has covered tons of weddings, especially Indian weddings, she is well aware of the time required to cover each event, so follow her timeline and have your coordinator work around the timeline she provides. The post-production team is also wonderful. My husband and I had the opportunity to work closely with Hector and Monica, who patiently went back and forth with us through email exchanges and phone calls until we were thoroughly happy with the final product. They were an absolute pleasure to work with. Karen at the front desk is also amazing, she is pleasant and always available to take your messages and address concerns. I’ve had the pleasure of meeting April Robles 14 1/2 years ago after she came highly recommended by our wedding venue. Our video was perfect!! The entire team was on your side to help you make your wedding day perfect and help capture YOUR vision. Everything from the first meeting with April to discuss timeline and what to expect to the final draft of your video was pretty easy and smooth. Of the minor issues we had with post-production, the team was on top of it and was able to fix it almost immediately. If you book Robles, you can count on having a video your parents and family will love and be thoroughly happy with! They did a great job with our video and we had fun working with them. Definitely extremely experienced and it shows! April helped a ton with our timeline and was conservative in her estimation of how long things would take to film so in the end, we actually had more coverage than we thought we would have. I am so thankful to April and her team for creating such a seamless video production process for my wedding and for the final beautiful product. April was easy to work with and helped us structure our wedding day, including providing us with helpful tips and a much needed timeline. On the day of, the videographer took some fun and unique shots that I enjoyed replaying in our final video. Tip for brides, get the drone, it really achieves some amazing shots that you won't be able to get otherwise. The post-production process was also very easy, and giving my feedback and having it incorporated into a final highlight short film (16 mins for 3 events) that I ended up loving and being able to watch and share was everything I was wanted and more. This is a really overdue review. Robles productions shot our wedding back in January 2017. The final product was amazing. I highly recommend getting a drone . The shots from their drone work really created a special look for our wedding video. They were professional and had arrived in time. April had set up a meeting to for us to openly discuss what we were looking for. She even suggested some unique shots that we could include. The reason I can't give them 5 stars was that I felt they didn't communicate as readily as I had hoped leading to the wedding. I had to reach out to them multiple times only to find out we had discrepancies about the contract. We were a couple of hours off in the contract that cost us to dole out more money two weeks before the wedding date. Which just added unneeded stress.  Something I feel should have been communicated to us in the beginning. The team showed a little attitude the day of the wedding being a little standoff ish with our guests.In the end we did discuss with them all our issues and they did apologize and provided a great product. With April, on day one, you know what you get. You get a woman who has done this a thousand times but has the passion and drive as if this is her own wedding.
My wife and I were the first ones in our family to get married in United States. We knew little to nothing of how the timing on the day of works. This review is way overdue! April and her team are truly amazing at what they do!! They are very professional and made us feel very comfortable with the entire process. In fact, while working with them, we were actually able to better schedule the flow of our events. Quality of work is great. We were happy to have used Robles' for our wedding and reception. They had even used a drone to capture the entire landscape, and our guests got a kick out of it too. One advice during quoting process is to get a proper breakdown of each day's order of events. It's not apparent and Robles will not tell you this, but you will need more hours than what they are proposing as a 'standard'. Be thorough with them. My husband and I recently used Robles Video for our wedding and absolutely loved it. We are kind of hands off and they provided great suggestions (e. g. letter reading, music, use of drone). We got married in wine country in northern California and they perfectly captured the beautiful backdrop. Kate and Frank were great to work with! I would highly recommend Robles video to anyone looking for a high quality end product. We got the highlight reel within a few weeks and everything was professional and quick. April was timely on making sure that we were updated on every step of the process. One thing I truly appreciated was the Robles Team's ability to adapt and meet our needs, especially during last-minute changes. They were incredibly professional throughout the entire Wedding Week, from Neerva's Mendhi and Grih Shanti, my own Madhuram Veppu, and the back-to-back Hindu and Catholic ceremonies on the Big Day. Of the professional, experienced videographers I looked at, Robles Videos was the most reasonable. We weren't sure if we wanted something we'd only watch a few times - especially since it's so expensive but we were so glad we did. We decided to do a highlight video and purchase the raw footage. Since this would be the only real video we had, we wanted something a little different than what we saw in the other highlight videos they showed us & wanted to include more of the audio from the day's events. April, Kate and others at Robles Video shot our wedding day highlight video and we are very happy with the end result! We met with April a couple times to sort out the details of what we wanted covered at our wedding and she was very clear and thorough - while we initially wanted fewer hours she suggested more, which ultimately was helpful and made for a more complete video. We enjoyed working with the team during the day of the event and mostly didn't even notice them there - a very good thing when it comes to your videography! The final product was beautifully shot and the team was able to accommodate most of our edits and changes quite easily. My wife and i had the pleasure of using Robles Video for our wedding last year. From the start April was very responsive to all of our emails, trust me we had a lot! Picking a videographer was not a small task, and April and team made us at ease every step of the way. After signing our contract with April, it was a breeze. They provided all of the paperwork that we needed to fill out for the Highlight Reel and Long reel videos. These were song choices, which scenes we wanted them to put more focus on, etc... Once we provided all of these they did their magic and my wife and i loved the end result. To be completely honest, it was never a difficult decision to choose Robles Video to conduct our cinematic HD quality videography for our entire week of     wedding events (Indian wedding). The reason was that they did at least ten (no exaggeration) of my closest friends weddings and all of their videography turned out spectacular and most of them used their "same-day-edit" option to show at the reception, which is a mind blower for your reception guests and we also used that package (which they included an edit for every event throughout the week to be played at the reception, so folks who were not invited or could not attend would see a highlight of all the events). Our same-day-edit was phenomenal! Our guests are still talking about it months after our wedding!So why I am I writing a review, if I already knew they did great work? I have seen their high-quality work many times but this was the first time I actually had to work with the Robles Video team for my own wedding. Their team had unbelievable customer service! From day 1 I felt like they wanted to do everything in their power to provide the vision that my wife and I had for our wedding video. We also asked for very specific requests and they nailed each one when we received our same-day-edit and full video! There was never any hostility and their team has vast experience with so many weddings they provide great input as to what will work and what will not work. Especially on your timing needs, because many people will be concerned about budget and how many hours they want to pay for, but they will tell you honestly what you will really need, as we all know events start late and most people want more footage when they are actually in the moment of the events!I whole-heartedly recommend them for any videography services that you may need. Robles Video Productions was an excellent choice for our fusion Hindu/White wedding events. In all, we used RVP for Mehndi, Grah Shanti (Vidi), Garba, Hindu Ceremony, & Reception over 3 days. Her team (April and Hector for our events) was very professional and worked alongside our photographer to capture all the moments. We received a 15 minute highlight video as well as edited and raw video totaling about 4 hours, all reviewable online. We are extremely happy with the quality, angles, music, and cinematography. The bride's father is so happy, he has watched all the footage about 5 times already and we've only had the link for 4 days! I was surprised there were only three Yelp reviews for Robles Video Productions (RVP), and only one review reflects how great RVP really is. My husband and I chose Robles Video Productions (RVP) based on the video highlights we watched on Maharaniweddings.com. From the first interest e-mail that I sent, April ( RVP owner and a videographer) was excellent with communicating back with us. She was also very helpful i. helping us create a timeline for our events and gave us pointers on timing based on her experience behind the camera and in front of it, as she recently got married when we met her. April worked with us and we were able to come up with a package that fit our needs and budget. I would have to say she went over and beyond in keeping communication open and answering our questions. Her office staff and the other videographers in her company were just as professional. We chose a cinematography package that included a photo montage and same day highlight. The photo montage quality was amazing- RVP took footage from a silent movie my dad had filmed of me as a baby and incorporated it in the beginning of the slide show. I had an opportunity to watch it in their office theatre about two weeks prior to my wedding in case i wanted to make changes- it was perfect and there were no changes that i needed. We had two days of events for our wedding. The day before the wedding, April covered the henna party and April and Amber covered a welcome dinner that my in laws threw. They arrived early and captured every aspect of both events. On the wedding day, April and Amber worked with us, as well as Fahd. Again, they were punctual and professional. In my bridal suite, they even helped out with little snafus that my bridesmaids experienced. RVP also worked great alongside our photographer and my makeup artist. At our wedding reception, the photo montage and same day highlight blew our guests away. The highlight showed some beautiful footage from our pre wedding events, bride and groom prep, first look photo shoot, and ceremony. It was 8 minutes that I keep playing over and over! There is no one better!! I found Robles on a youtube video and I fell in love immediately. They were the first vendor I met with and booked on the spot. They have this cinematic style that looks so regal and sophisticated. They capture the real moments. April went over every detail beforehand and made sure we were happy with our package. She went over the music and help me figure out what went well. On the "day of" our two shooters were so pleasant and patient. They had fun ideas and shot from different angles and captured different perspectives.  I got our footage last week and I WAS AMAZED!!! Robles Video was amazing! It was such an great experience working with them. They really helped us preserve our wedding day like we had no idea that it could be. When we were planning our wedding, we got a lot of people who had gotten married before us saying that a wedding video was a waste of money or they didn't get a wedding video and they are fine without it...BUT I can honestly say that it was the best decision we made! The day went by in such a blur that having that video was exactly what we needed!
