Robert was very professional has a lot of experience, pleasant to work with. He was able to promote dialogue conversation that not all therapists are able to do.
I would highly recommend him he was a big help to myself and my family.

When I first started this process with Robert I was skeptical of therapy because I have had a couple therapists before and seemed to really go no where for me.
It took a lot for my wife to convince me to just try him out and give him a chance. I'm so glad I did! Robert has helped me find myself and see how beautiful this life is. This journey with Robert has not been easy because it takes a lot of hard work and determination but my life has changed from being a victim to becoming a true survivor. I thank you Robert for the all the love and compassion you have shown me through this. I couldn't have been where I am today without your guidance and grace.
I am here, Thank you!

I worked with Robert several years ago for childhood trauma and family issues. I found him to be a skillful and compassionate therapist. He worked with me slowly in a way that didn’t cause more trauma, yet his methods were effective. He was completely present with me as I recounted traumatic childhood experiences. I’ve learned over the years it’s a special skill for a therapist to allow these traumas to surface without being disturbed and upset to the point of becoming ineffective or causing more trauma. Robert’s ability for deep empathy and compassion, i believe is in part due his meditation practice but also his experience and intuitive ability. He also taught me how be aware of how old family dynamics can be turn around so I didn’t have to let them define who I am. To this day, I feel nothing but gratitude that I was fortunate enough to find Robert to help me work through my issues. Some family issues cause deep wounds but Robert taught me those wounds can be healed. I highly recommend him as a highly skilled therapist. More...

I've seen a few therapists along the way w/ some being helpful.
But when I was working w/ Robert, I really changed my life for the better.
I was working w/ confusion and issues related to my childhood and trying to find my direction.
His guidance and clarity was remarkable. I finally felt seen and heard by someone,Â
for the first time in my life. He kept me on track and I kept achieving my goals, even beyond what I thought was possible.
If you're serious and looking for the best therapist out there , I highly recommend Robert, he's a true Master in the areas of Psychology and Spiritual development

Counseling
I had been dealing with severe codependency, anxiety, and depression for as long as I can remember. I had enough of feeling lost, disconnected, and living in fear so I decided to take a leap and receive therapy.
Robert has been a clear voice of wisdom and compassion throughout this journey of healing and self-worth.
In our remote sessions, Robert guides me through my childhood traumas, helps me understand the self-inflicted suffering I bring to myself and my family, coaches me through my meditation practice, and is my constant, nonjudgmental life mentor.
My life continues to improve with the love, wisdom, and support that Robert provides.

I have been working with Robert consistently since October of 2021 as means of bettering my mental health. He has helped me unlocked parts of my youth that have helped me in the short term to be a better man.
What do you love most about your job?
Helping people to open their heart more fully. They become brighter and their mind becomes clear.
When they remain clear, their direction and vision emerges and the joy returns.
So lovely.
What inspired you to start your own business?
After working through my own issues on the psychological, emotional and spiritual levels,
a desire arises in the heart to help set others free, too.
Why should our clients choose you?
I have the compassion, training, skills and wisdom to sincerely help others.
Can you provide your services online or remotely? If so, please add details.
Since the pandemic arrived, my practice is mostly on-line.
I use Google Meet which is a very good, stable video platform.
It adds a very dynamic option of seeing one another in real time with the added
bonus of inviting other people into the session, wherever they might be located,
including other States or Countries. This is a priceless possibility for both the therapist and clients.
(Google Meet allows up to 100 people into a live video chat)
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
By using video conferencing as the primary format.
By encouraging getting vaccinated, as I have personally done as well.

Energy Work
This work focuses on the level of energy that is being held in the body. It is not talk therapy. Emotional wounds are held in the body, as contracted energy. The practitioner runs their open moving energy into the contracted energy, inviting it to release and open back up to neutral. This is powerful work that can open repressed memories and physically held contracted areas that are shut down in the body.
Here is a video talk that where I explains the various forms of body and energy work: workhttps://www.youtube.com/watch?v=0jXev53ERVI&t=24s
Healing Work
Healing work is typically performed on a massage table.
It is similar to energy work, but I specific part of the body is targeted directly by the practitioner. Healing work helps an injury to hear faster, or reduce pain that is in the body. It is a hands-on approach and an interactive dialogue with the client and practitioner, as the pain begins to heat up, vibrate and move out.
Meditation teacher
I have been meditating since 1981 and have attended long term meditation retreats yearly, from 10, 30, 60, 90 days retreat courses, to living and meditating at a Buddhist Monastery for 20 months. I have held sitting groups and given many meditation Dharma talks to help guide students. I have experienced deep levels of realization which I use to help guide students in their own meditation practice.
