I messaged this business on Yelp to set up a tax consultation before the busy tax season begins. I got a reply within 2 hours from Oscar who was very helpful. I set up an appointment and was meeting with Oscar the very next day at his office. He was such a huge help, he made sure I was on track with my finances for the year. He even suggested some ideas to reduce my tax liability (IRA & 401k options). He was constantly looking for ways to save me money and I can appreciate that. My tax consultation lasted about 30 minutes and was free. I will be returning in February to have him file my taxes after I use some of the suggestions he provided. Taxes can be really stressful thus finding a qualified and honest tax preparer to help you in the process would truly be a blessing. A good friend of mine recommended Robert Abbott Tax Services in Martinez, California. She recommended Oscar because he is an Enrolled Agent which means he can help me solve my issue with the IRS. I am truly grateful that I went because Oscar greatly helped me out with my dilemma! I am beyond impressed how he went above and beyond my expectation as a tax preparer. Getting a letter from the IRS is a scary one but Oscar explained to me what would be my options so that everything will be settled. He explained in detail what is foreign to me so that I have a better idea of what I can expect and what I can do, to get the best possible outcome. Now, not only that I am worry free and confident in his work, but I applaud him for his professionalism and honesty. He is truly an exceptional guy! Plus, his professional fees are affordable compared to other companies especially if you get audited. I would definitely come back again and would recommend Oscar to all my family and friends. There is nothing negative about this place ! With a few days left until taxes were due we decided to hop on yelp in search of a place to hurry and get our taxes done. Rebecca took us in with no hesitation and scheduled us an appointment faster than we could have ever hoped for. She was the sweetest lady and she made us feel very welcome and comfortable. She got started right away and man she is quick ! She definitely knows taxes ! I totally recommend using Rebecca and I plan on using her for years to come ! They do AMAZING JOB, when i asked how much she said pay what you can afford. And all i could afford at the time was $50, she gladly accepted it.
