Based on your garden dimensions and your purposes for its use, I can provide the following:
1. Organizational diagram that outlines use areas based on your activity requirements, patterns of sun and shade, access and circulation, surrounding features and limitations, maintenance, and other relevant aspects.
2. Conceptual sketch plan that translates the organizational diagram into actual features such as lawns, planting beds, trees, patio or decks, pool or ponds, fencing, gazebo, etc. Approximate estimates of costs for various options will be provided to aid your selection.
3. Final plan showing the agreed upon layout of features with specific materials and plant types hand rendered in color. Approximate estimate of cost for development of the final plan.
4. Detail drawings of specific features and/or perspective views of the garden from selected viewpoints.
