I absolutely love this place!!! The ladies in the childcare are sooo sweet and caring with my little ones. All the staff have awesome customer service. The front desk ladies are always smiling and enjoying what they do, they are very welcoming and the club manager speaks to mostly everyone when I’m there . Very personable and that goes a long way when you pay to be there! I absolutely love the fact that there is an indoor basketball court and I’m always able to use any equipment I choose at different times of the day! More...

First thing's first: The facilities are impeccable. Everything's cleaned and maintained to the highest standard, and you're never going to be in want of any machine or class. Ever. (Seriously, the yoga/pilates/group fitness classes are going on ALL the time. Great way to meet people, and awesome instructors.)But if I were to gloss over their customer service, I'd be negligent. I had an issue where I was ignorant of the contract and policies when I sustained an injury and couldn't use the club. -- Ended racking up $240-ish worth of membership fees without realizing. (Gulp.)Mea culpa, mea culpa. Still, I felt like I shouldn't have had to pay for the services I didn't use. Long story short: there were some misunderstandings and balls dropped initially, but the upper management came through in the most empathetic and helpful manner possible; - hearing my story, understanding me and my unique situation, and, ultimately, clearing my debt.I could go on and on about how nice they were, and the lunch they bought me...But you're probably going to get your free trial membership now. This gym has great staff and awesome location! Love the indoor track and they have a great pool with a volleyball ball court and outdoor HIT training area. Not to mention an outdoor cafe that's so cheap and tasty! It's a great place to swim with kids and grab an inexpensive bite. More...
