I love this restaurant they have the best service. I have been going to the river dock cafe since they open i LOVE the staff its a nice place to eat the food is expensive but it is well worth your money the portion is very good. ..the classic pot is my favorite i always get that to go and sometimes i might finish one at the establishment the drinks are very good to not watered down i highly recommend the river dock cafe...pss i be going back next week #SEAFOODLIFE More...

I'm one of those people who likes to ride the SI Ferry with friends just for fun on a nice day, so we were all thrilled when this place opened up and gave us something to do once we got to the other side. As most people have mentioned, the view of the harbor, the beautiful green lady who lives in the harbor, and the skyline are excellent (especially if you sit outside). There's often live music and, in my experience, the cocktails and food have been perfectly fine. Service can be a little spotty but not a huge deal if you're not in a rush. I've also been here with friends with allergies, dietary restrictions, etc. and we've had no trouble when asking for substitutions. Overall, great for what it is -- just a casual eatery in a transit terminal. More...

Best view from the ferry terminal on Staten Island. It wasn't busy that evening. There's a decent beer selection. Food is okay. Pretty convenient to go to. A lot just go to Staten Island to take pictures on the ferry. Most turn back right away. Why not enjoy the view a little longer. In the terminal is this bar. The best thing about it of course is the view of the skyline. As for the drinks they aren't bad either. Beer selection includes many local choices like the Five Boroughs IPA. After taking the ferry all the way to Staten Island, just stay awhile. Hang around the terminal and this bar. There's some good picture opportunities and sightseeing. More...

My favorite spot for a relaxing sip and relaxing atmosphere. At the end of the day I always make a stop at the bar and the guys at the riverdock will take care of me. Grab a beer and see the skyline !
