As expected, this place was bomb. So many kinds of bagels, cream cheese and sandwich items on the menu. They just have had 25+ different Sammie's to choose from-it was almost overwhelming, but I don't think you can go wrong. I went for the wild honey pie because I have a bad sweet tooth-man was this sweet! It's a blueberry bagel, peanut butter, honey, banana and cinnamon sugar (next time I'll order without the sugar). It was so yummy. My husband got the sunrise and loved it. The southwest chili was also amazing. The cherry on top of this experience was the staff-so friendly and energetic and welcoming. There is no dull bagel, only a dull order; so many ingredients to choose from! And the staff often keep me from ordering a plain bagel when I get carried away with only what's inside. Was recommended this place and I too recommend it. Such a wide menu of bagels and fillings. Really nice folk who work there, really friendly. I had a Big N (sorry didn't last long enough to get a photo) was really good, tasty and filling. My wife had an excellent take on the BLT. All in all an excellent place to get food. Bagel Deli cures my sadness. No, really.I always go to Bagel Deli when I need a pick me up! There's always something on the menu I'm looking forward to trying, and after I order I always see something to get the next time I visit. Bagel Deli is in a prime location in Broad Ripple, and conveniently located close to Butler University's campus. All of their sandwiches are the perfect price for a college student's budget (they range from $5-7.50). I've been multiple times, and the staff is always so patient with me while I look over the extensive menu. Whether I'm going for breakfast, lunch, or dinner, I always find something that hits the spot. TIP: approach the counter when you're ready to order; there is no line!I wouldn't say I'm a picky eater, but I do avoid onions. My favorite sandwich happens to have onions, and the staff never has any issues with substitutions on sandwiches! One of my favorite restaurants in the US I've tried, especially as a IN native. Every different option I've tried is delicious. Cool, college town, downtown vibes. Plethora of a menu from salty to sweet, spicy to clean. The best turkey ever prepared that I've had. One of my new favorite places that's been around forever. I'm completely stuck on the Egg McMahon breakfast sandwich because it fulfills my needs for protein and on an everything bagel. There's so many choices and if you don't see a combination on the menu, you can create your own, draw a pic and have it posted and listed as an option. This place is absolutely outstanding. We split 3 bagel sandwiches (a roast beef, a turkey, and a breakfast), and they were all absolutely outstanding. The ordering system is a little confusing and it can get busy with limited seating, but it’s well worth it! Plus the cost is great. Ripple Bagel & Deli is straight up ballin'. I have walked by this place so many times and I don't know why I didn't go in. I mean, bagels are my favorite things, ever. Menu!So, the menu is a little intimidating. There are several sections, broken up by protein. Since I don't eat meat, that was already narrowed down for me, but still there were 11 different choices. Plus, there's a create-your-own option (and something called the Lottery where they choose everything and I would be super intrigued if I ate meat). Food!G got the Ned's Gold sans horseradish and she said it was amazing. She wasn't sure if the horseradish would have made a difference, but she's not inclined to spicy things, so it's probably good she left it off. I mean, she ate the whole thing, so you be the judge. E got herself a plain hot dog with ketchup and mustard she said it was good. Eloise is my girl of few words, so that's about all I was going to get from her. It's was an all-beef hot dog served on a poppyseed bun and she loved it. I got the Earth Day on an onion bagel and it was GORGEOUS. I'm still thinking about it. Loaded with veggies and super messy. It was everything a bagel should be. They wrap their steamed sandwiches up in 2 layers of foil so they stay warm and fresh if you're taking yours to-go. I loved the feel of this bagel shop that's just down the road from me! It felt like I stepped off the streets of Chicago or New York to get a bagel. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, making sure I knew how to order and pay. I was slightly overwhelmed by the size of the menu, so I just ordered the first bagel sandwich that looked good, which was one of the breakfast ones. While incredibly messy, it was insanely good. Broad Ripple Bagel Deli is a gem hidden within the bustling heart of Broad Ripple. Whether you are a Butler student who frequents regularly, or an out of town visitor stopping in for the first time, they have a bagel made for you! This place is awesome. The menu is huge but it is organized well and easy to read which is nice. It was packed - I went on a Sunday morning - but I did not have to wait very long at all because the employees were efficient and moved people through quickly.
