Rimenez Architecture

It has been a pleasure working with Rimenez Architecture. I sought their services because I need architectural plans to legalize a three-piece bathroom in my basement as well as create a laundry room. Upon meeting with Richard, the head architect, I knew he was the guy for the job. Richard is very detail oriented, his listened to me as well as heard and recorded what I was trying to accomplish with the plans. Richard was very generous with his time and knowledge and took the time to educate me about DOB codes, so I understood what was architecturally possible to do once he had the opportunity to visit my property and assessed the score of the work.

Once I retained his firm as the architect of record on November 02, 2022, Richard visited the property a second time to take measurements as well as provide professional suggestions for me to consider. I am happy that I listened to his inputs and follow the suggestions he provided. Once he was done with drafting of the plans, he forwarded them to my attention for approval and once approved, he submitted the plans for review and approval by the DOB. It took about six weeks for the plans to be approved with only just two objections by the DOB for the general construction plans. At every step during this process, Richard was there to provide feedbacks about the objections as well as informed me about the strategies that he was employing to address the objections. In addition, he answered all my calls and texts. I am happy to say that my plans were approved on December 30, 2022 thanks to Rimenez Architecture thorough and detail oriental drawings. I highly recommend Rimenez Architecture to anyone looking for an architect. Their fee is very affordable, and their services are first class. When working with them, you will feel like you are the only client that they are working with although they are a very busy firm. EXCELLENT From start to finish! I greatly appreciate all of the efforts and patience with me. I had a very tight timeline to meet and wasn't sure what I was going to do to get this project going. Richard came in and was very professional and put my mind at ease with his confidence and experience. He even came with me to the city building department to ensure that we had everything that was needed in order to get the proper approvals.
