I specialize in helping women experiencing life changes and transitions and teaching the art of forgiveness and acceptance. I believe in focusing on a person’s strengths to help them find solutions from within themselves. Whether you are moving from full-time parent to empty nester, struggling with parenting issues or health issues, managing an aging parent, starting over after divorce, I can help you find the answers you’ve been searching for. I offer one-on-one coaching in my office or online and small groups for specific issues such as parenting the difficult teen/young adult or how to forgive someone who has hurt you. I provide a free discovery session so we can talk and decide if I would be a good fit for you, and I have a network of other coaches and therapists to refer you to if I am not. I will help you start redesigning your life, even if you have no idea where to start, so that you can stop waking up with feelings of dread and finally feel calm, energetic and that your life is truly important.
