Ride NWI Car Services

We used Ride NWI for airport transfer from Schererville to O'Hare. It was only four of us but we received a huge limo 12-14person,  no complain; )  it was clean and stocked with Waters, craft beer, and pop. Nice addition! A/C, lights, radio all worked great and easy to control. Four stars only because the driver was over an hour late picking us up from our return flight. Our driver apologized and even called me in advance to let me know he was running late. I received a call as soon as I switched my airplane mode off so he was probably trying to call me as soon as he realized he would be late. Overall great service from the time I requested a quote to the time we were dropped off and great price. Will definitely use again for any limo needs. More...

My husband booked them for a winery tour last month and I must say the driver was super friendly and super fun. They even let us stay an extra hour at no charge! Excellent service!!!  So Coach bus out of Highland IN was closed 1/30/19, due to the weather. I contacted Ride NWI (last minute-within hours of my flight time) and their response was immediate. Well that couldn’t have went any better! Just got picked up from O’Hare and needed to be in Valpo to surprise a buddy of mine. Googled around and found Ride NWI. Called them up, and low and behold they had a driver in the area. Only waited 15minutes. The driver, Steve, accommodated me as we got closer to Valpo by stopping for party favors. Great time. Used this service for my sons wedding in July.  Needed a ride for my inlaws to Chicago for the wedding and back home to Indiana after.  Setting up the service was easy even with rather complicated directions. The driver Dan was wonderful according to my inlaws. They decided to leave an hour earlier than originally set up and Dan was there promptly to get them home. I certainly recommend Ride NWI for all of your limo or escort needs.  They exceeded my expectations! I coordinated their services for a trip to Chicago for my coworkers and bosses. There were several stops and destinations for the day.  Brian,  our driver,  started put the day prompt - early even- at 6:30 am.He had the limo stocked with all the beverages we requested and knew exactly how to get where we were going and got us there on time. Brian was easy to reach on his cell throughout the day and made our day stress free (how it should be).I know this may sound like a limo driver doing his job,  but I can almost bet that if you've booked a limo company before in NWI, you've probably experienced a huge hassle and headache.  Save yourself the trouble and hire Ride NWI! We recently used Ride-NWI for a wine tasting trip in the Baroda, MI area.   We were pleasantly surprised at how clean the 8 passenger Towncar was, in fact probably the nicest limo we have been in.  The technology inside the vehicle was very modern, with multiple sources to connect your smart phones for music.    The limo also had built in wifi.  The driver, Brian, did a great job of mapping out the stops and keeping us on schedule.  I would highly recommend using Ride-NWI for limo services.
