Truly a blissful experience! We were traveling from Wigleyville to Ohaire and didn’t want to take the L, but we needed two car seats for our 3 1/2 and 7 month old. Not only was our driver Ace early in a luxury Expedition, he also gave our baby a stuffed animal and our toddler a hot wheels car, juice and snack. We felt like celebrities riding in limo! I have always had favorable service with Ride in Bliss as I've used this company several times. Â However, my morning flight was cancelled during the night by the airline. Â I woke up early and discovered this and immediately asked Ride in Bliss for an adjusted pick up time as Delta had booked me on a flight that departed 3 hours later. Â Ride in Bliss would not accommodate this change, nor give me a refund. Â My round trip cost with Ride in Bliss was $350 and I thought that a company of this caliber would either accommodate the change made by the airline or refund me. Â They were willing to do neither. Â They only offered to pick me up at the original time of 530AM for a 12 PM departure. Â The company policy is no changes within 24 hours. Â This wasn't a change made by me. Ride in Bliss is wonderful!They are always on time, helpful and so kid friendly!Each carseat has juice and fruit snacks. They play Disney tunes. They provide the adults with their choice of Starbucks coffee!It is a very peaceful way to start a vacation.Upon arrival to the airport, the kids were each presented with a little toy. Pavel goes above and beyond!When we returned, Pavel had tea for the adults and juice/fruit snacks for the kids.After a long day of travel the kids immediately relaxed because they knew Pavel was picking us up! Great experience with getting our family and one year old son to and from the airport. Â Clear communication, Starbucks (nice touch) and most importantly they had safe car seats for free with booking they knew had to use (so we didn't need to bring one on the plane-we rented one at our arrival location. ). We used Ride In Bliss round trip to the airport on 6/3 and 6/7. Our driver went above and beyond in every way. The attention to detail is unmatchable. As a parent, its stressful trying to figure out how to get to the airport without having to bring car seats. He arrived a few minutes early and sent us a text. It was a brand new, clean Toyota Sienna with hand sanitizer and wipes in each section of the car. Our driver had on a crisp suit and a mask, extremely professional and kind. He got our bags in the trunk and let us know about our Starbucks order carefully  placed in each seat. The kids were also provided with snacks, juice, and water. Those car seats were installed really well! He still asked us if they were installed okay which I appreciated. He confirmed we had all our important items (phone, keys, wallet, and charger). When you're ready to go on vacation these things do slip your mind so it was a good reminder. We were able to play what we wanted but since we had the kids he already had kids music going. Our driver was lovely to talk to and you can tell was a Master of his craft. The ride was smooth and we were early to our flight. The ride back we had the same driver who texted to let us know when we were ready with our belongings. We hadn't ordered any coffee but was surprised that he had one for my husband and a mango dragon fruit refresher for me! The kids were surprised with a pizza from Panera. Bless this man because he listened to baby shark.....on repeat.... in traffic. My fellow parents, you know how our kids won't let that song go. Considering how stressful our actual vacation was, this was delightful to come home to. Our driver got to know us on such a short trip and went the extra mile. We will continue to use RideinBliss for everything! :) I hope to see this business continue to grow in more states. My family and I took a 2 car seat ride from the Chicago burbs to Midway airport. The service from our driver Pavel was impeccable. It's luxury travel for people with small children. The car seats were top notch and the ride was smooth and not rushed like with some taxis so safety is a priority with this company. The attention to detail is unbelievable- music, snacks and drinks for kids, coffee/lattes for the adults, so incredibly thoughtful. It was nice to have items in the car that as a parent you forget (wipes, hand sanitizer, snacks) when you're scrambling last minute to get ready for a trip. This company is amazing! Â I have used them several times and I am so impressed with them. They are always early to my house to pick me up for early morning flights and have Starbucks coffee waiting for me! ! Â This makes traveling with two small kids so much easier and stress-free! Â Also, they install the car seats better than I could. They do not move at all!!!! Â Super safe! Â They had water bottles and organic apple juice and chocolates in the car for us too.
