Great place,clean and modern equipment. Same bikes as the Soul Cycle w/personal touches from all the staff. Visiting my parents in Florida from NYC and will come back on future visits...highly recommend!

If you are looking to sculpt your body and have the best and sweatiest workout You have to visit Ride Delray. I recently moved to the area and I was looking for a gym or place that offered spinning classes. Came across Ride DelRay and decided to give it a try. From the moment I walked in there Linda was extremely welcoming and helpful with the logistics of how the class works. She took the time to help me understand the bike and how to adjust it. The classes are challenging,  fun and YOU WILL SWEAT! They have different types each day; which they post on a board weekly. Also they have a website where you can see your stats and reserve a bike for following classes. This is literally the best place I have ever worked out, and here's why:1) the staff is extremely in shape and they know how to get you in shape **quickly**2) every single staff knows your name, greets you and encourages you every single day like a personal trainer does! ! 3) I have never had a studio where the top notch stationary bikes in one room, and a body pump/ boot camp boutique room that is only for 8 students in next room. Took my first class today and was welcomed, cheered on, and pushed to work harder. Amazing workout especially the weight training after the spin is brutal but effective:) Nadine the instructor had great energy and different sculpting techniques it was like having a personal trainer. Great value will be back for sure!

I'm so very grateful for Ride Delray... After 3 years in pain with a 8mm disc protrusion on my lumbar I am now able to work out with a smile. The strength training and the cycling is making me strong and my sacrum/pelvis is stable now, I haven't needed a chiropractic adjustment in 6 months!! I've been spinning for 15 years and this is the best studio ever....no exaggeration. Was in town for the weekend and signed up - sign up was easy, they made spin shoes, a locker, and towels available, the music and energy was great, and the leaderboard is a fantastic motivator. 6 out of 5!

Our party of four, from Connecticut, did a spin class at Ride Delray two days ago.  I have done hundreds of spin classes over the past 20 years, and Linda at Ride Delray is as good as it gets as an instructor. She's funny, she knows how to push you without being too hardcore, and she really made us all feel at home in her studio, even though we had just met.We loved the bikes, totally modern, clean and well-maintained, and the room is also clean and well-maintained.  We will definitely be back. Love Love Love Delray Ride!  Incredible instructors - Linda & Susan - keep the class fun with great motivation and excellent music.  The studio is beautifully set up with new bikes (forget the brand - sorry) with plenty of personal space.  They provide spin shoes, towels and water so it's very easy to just get there and spin.  I have taken many spin classes at different studios over the years in Boston - Ride Delray is by far the best class experience I've had.  I've taken a 2 year hiatus and I am so very happy to be back! WOW!   What makes a particular business awesome?   The people that run it!  They understand and give the clients exactly what they want!  A high end boutique spin studio that's second to none with the best instructors, incredible sound and energetic lighting.   I'm a HUGE fan of RIDE Delray.  Go check it out and I'm positive you will be too!   I guarantee that you HAVE NEVER been to a spin facility like this!    Upon walking in to the facility you will find everything spotless and just a hint of that crisp clean smell when entering a facility that has just been cleaned... Follow that up with a gorgeous lobby area that I swear could double as a VIP lounge in a really high end nightclub!  Hehe anyway there's always someone there to greet you with a smile and offer some water, coffee or tea.   Every time I have been there, there's also fresh fruit available in a basket near the refreshments, just what you need before or after a workout.   What's so awesome about that?  It's the attention to details which help separate this facility from the rest.  If you find that much care taken in the presentation then you know the product is going to be awesome!     Ride Delray delivers! Walk down the hall and head into the studio which you will find just as immaculate as the entrance with all its amenities.   This is where it gets AWESOME!    Find yourself a bike and prepare to listen to the instructor as you hear the latest music creating energy as it surrounds you with crystal clear sound.  There are at least 16 speakers in this place but none are offensive, it's so clear that if you close your eyes from any bike in the room you will be encompassed in sound and I challenge you to guess where the music is coming from.   Once you've engaged the ears, the next sense of lighting will add more energy to your RIDE.  Lighting from below the instructor stage, coupled with overhead colored lighting set the tone as you prepare for the Wave Wall to get you pumped!  It's amazing with colors moving and dancing tastefully creating an all encompassing atmosphere of energy. What's that?  You haven't booked a class and you're still reading this?   Shame on you....  Nevertheless, this is without a doubt the future of spinning and as boutique as you can get!  Hat's off to the owners on a job well done! I LOVE THIS PLACE!  I know they were bought and had a name change so do note the older reviews were from a different studio altogether.  I have been going 6 weeks and look forward to every class.  They offer shoes, towels, and water.  I have lost weight and can see my waist again - in just 6 weeks!  I have lost weight but even more inches.  My favorite classes are the cycling classes followed by sculpting classes.  Each ride is different: some are for endurance others for power or strength, yet all are motivating and fun!  The extra for me are the charity rides.  It is so nice to give back to the community.  Beautiful, clean, and I love the color changes at various points in the rides! This is my favorite cycling studio. The Dj class on Saturday is my favorite. The DJ is amazing and music is current and motivating. The instructors are great especially susan and linda. They are reasonably priced and you can easily sign up for classes online which is convenient. The studio and bikes are clean. I recommend this place to everyone in Delray. More...

I've been dropping in for a workout since the beginning of 2014.  I think the workouts here are super, and comparable to anything I would find up north in the NYC area.  It is a beautiful, clean studio, in a great location, new equipment.  Every workout is different, and the pumping music also changes with the workout.  I come out of there looking like I got caught in a South Florida rainstorm.
