He is knowledgeable on a variety of topics related to fitness and nutrition. Rick sets you up for success by personalizing each client's workout and keeping it challenging enough to keep you motivated but attainable so you don't get frustrated. I have lost ten pounds, increased repetitions by 50%, and doubled the amount of weight I can lift. I suffer from periodic migraines, and a workout with Rick actually makes them go away.
