As a first-timer there I ask somebody on the way in if it was any good, they said it was incredible and they we're spot on! I tried the ribs and the BBQ brisket. OMG! I am a baby back pork rib lover and have a favorite styling place for that... But that brisket was mouth-watering over-the-top delicious! I can't wait to have it again! I do not normally write reviews, but I will now. I have used Haagenson Catering (aka Ribslayer) two years in a row to feed 35 collegiate baseball players. This catering company has come through with great food in a timely fashion, delivering the meals read-to-go at Linfield College. The brisket, chicken, and pulled pork sandwiches are tidy and tasty. Ribslayer is the storefront name for Haagenson's Catering. This small restaurant is literally hidden down an alley off a street off of Third Street! But it's worth discovering. I had the brisket sandwich and the meat was juicy and delicious. The BBQ sauce is mild -- maybe too mild -- and the bun is soft. Paired with a moist piece of cornbread and I was completely satisfied.
