I am the Director/Owner of RI Marriage & Family...please bare with me... I realize that I am posting a 5 star review for my own business, but I am trying to assuage the understanding that we do not have full-time office staff and that calls do not get returned. With the exception of a few months when our full-time office manager was on medical leave, we have phone coverage between 8:30am to 4pm Monday through Friday and DO OUR ABSOLUTE BEST to return calls promptly upon receipt! Therefore, when I saw these negative reviews, I immediately checked into their validity and with the exception of one that we can't verify, these are not names of people who have actually come to or called our facility. There are other businesses in Warwick with similar names and addresses, however, and it is possible that they were confused. I am hoping to get actual clients to write reviews (whether positive or negative), so that we can actually get a realistic rating up here.
