I had an incredible experience here. For almost three months, I have had severe pain and tightness in my shoulder and pec. I had gotten massages, tried rehab in the gym on my own, and all the things you could try and do at home...they weren't working. I went into Fit U and worked with Keith. He figured out exactly what I had done within minutes; in fact I did not believe him at first until he worked on my shoulder and pec for a couple minutes and then told me I was done. It was unbelievable. He knew exactly what happened and he fixed it. I would recommend this place to anyone. I am not going anywhere else from now on. More...
