I’ve been doing coaching sessions with Ryan for the better part of two years now. Right from the start, I felt like he understood the issues I was facing. My coaching sessions were initially to discuss some challenges I was facing with my job and career at that point. After those were resolved, our coaching sessions began addressing some personal/relationship matters, where he helped me realize that those matters were also affecting my career. He was able to help me peel back a lot of layers of the problems and give me a new and better perspective on things. You can tell he genuinely cares about people from his patient and respectful demeanor. I also appreciated the way he was un-biased with his advice. We discussed different paths and options regarding the challenges I was facing, but he always left me to decide on my own which was best.
