This place was so good, we ate here twice on our vacation - the day we got there & right before we left. The food and service are great, but you can't beat the atmosphere. The upstairs restaurant where we sat overlooks the water and offers an amazing view. My daughter loved how the restaurant was open to the water (no wall or windows, just a railing). It can be a bit of a wait to be seated and there are no reservations, but the wait is worth it. I had the poi pancakes (huge! share with a friend) and the kalua pork nachos which were excellent. This place was crowded when we arrived. We sat at the bar and was taken care of promptly. We tried the bloody Mary there and it was just alright. Gotta have bacon in there and more horseradish. 604 is right next to Pearl Harbor. So take the turn as if you are going to Pearl but continue past and you will see it on your left. It can get busy during lunch and dinner so be prepared to wait. Happy hour has the best prices around for beers and good food. You can look out onto the water in the open air bar area. They also do a Valentine's day special amount other special events. First off, I would give it a 4.5 if possible, but I will settle on 4. I throughly enjoy my fish tacos, but my wife’s Cuban was smothered in a weird sauce. The food is good, not amazing, and the menu is rather small. Service seems to be very fast and efficient. Also, the bartenders are quick and can make some delicious drinks. The view can’t be beaten, right over Pearl Harbor. We are never disappointed coming here, would just like to reiterate that the food isn’t the best in the world.
