Wonderful! Renee first worked with my husband, to restore muscle loss due to extended wait for knee surgery. I noticed she was extremely patient in accessing his abilities, and creative in developing a plan for him. He loved working with her, and responded well. So, I decided to try her, as well. I assess each person individually with a no cost obligation fitness appointment. Using the information obtained during the initial visit I then structure a workout routine based on the strengths and weaknesses found in the assesment and gosls. From there, will continue to revise programs based on the progress of the individual.

It all boils down to discipline! You have to keep at it even when the motivation fails! Never quit!

I find absolute joy in hearing a client tell me they are making progress on their goals! Whether its getting stronger or losing weight or sometimes just able to balance on one leg without support are significant milestones! Each person will have different goals but love helping move toward progression!

After working at a large gym, I decided to take my love of fitness to train others while maintaining a more flexible schedule and to provide better availability to each of my clients.

Results! Whether you are wanting weight loss assistance, lean muscle mass or increasing your balance and stability, I am able to offer experience as a Certified Personal Trainer to help you reach your goals.
