Michelle Homme says that’s The excuse of “I don’t know how” becomes a choice when you never ask anyone to help you find out how. This advice is kincredibly succinct when it comes to becoming the best version of yourself, or healing from past traumas that were never yours to begin with. You may just be in the beginning stages of your spiritual journey, or you may be a tired old veteran, either way at times we all get stuck and in need of the guidance or the perspective shift of another person that is further along on their journey. Renata Khuns has been that person for me. I lovingly call her the “spiritual midwife” because of her inherent ability to bring a person forward into their higher selves through healing of self limiting beliefs, past traumas, and teaching one to love themselves despite their own residual nagging belief system. She has lovingly called me out on my own BS excuses, told me how to get aligned with the person I want to be, and has shown me the way when I was stuck in my own bog of self pity, (all while being a spot of sunshine in my life). The joy I get from being a firsthand witness to my client's breakthroughs.
What inspired you to start your own business?
Going through my own struggles in life hitting rock bottom, and then finding a way to work my way out of it, inspired me to want to help others do the same.

I don't offer results, and I don't need to. I'm here to partner with you - I will ask the hard questions, challenge you, and encourage you to explore yourself, but I can not make you do this. Your willingness to partner with me means that you are ready to put in the work to evolve and grow beyond the level of thinking that has kept you playing small in your life. This is a very personal type of business relationship that requires trust, honesty and openness. I am here to guide, facilitate, challenge, and awaken you to a new level of yourself, but at the end of the day, you will get out of it what you put in!

Yes, in fact right now remote services are all that I offer. My primary platform for this is Zoom.

3 Month Coaching Partnership
During this 12 week collaboration we will begin to discover what the life of your dreams looks like. You will learn some tools and practices that will help you transform your current programs into ones that better serve you in bringing your dreams to your current reality.
6 Month Coaching Partnership
This follows similar framework to the 3 month program, but allows for more practice and accountability to creating the life you truly dream of. The first 3 months are designed to create a foundation of new ways of thinking and being that help keep you closely aligned to the type of life you want to be living. The second 3 months are more about having an accountability partner during the ongoing practical application of the principles learned in the preceding 3.
