What do you love most about your job?
I love people! I am constantly inspired by the courage of the human heart, and the adversity that people overcome. I enjoy watching people transform and know themselves more deeply.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I have been an entrepreneur since 2006. I am a founder of a UX research firm and have co-authored a book called "The Heart of UX" in which we teach researcher to deepen their connection skills. My transition to becoming a coach is informed by almost 20 years of speaking with people, noticing patterns, and helping people see the best in themselves.

I am a professional woman with a wide berth of experience, in business, marriage, family, and life. I have many trainings and accreditations that have informed my own path. I am looking to share what I have learned by supporting others.

Yes, I offer remote/online coaching through zoom. Online coaching is just as effective and helpful as in person it turns out!
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
I have gone primarily online for the time being. If I do see someone in person, I meet outside and with a mask.
Coaching
We begin by creating a shared space of awareness, comfort, and safety. We take our time, without agenda.
We tune to the body, the breath, the subtle signals that we often miss in "ordinary" consciousness. Body awareness is a direct path to the subconscious and will lead us to our inner landscape if we listen.
From there, we allow the experience to emerge and explore together, with care and curiosity. Many people are surprised by the depth of what can emerge by simply allowing their experience to be held and witnessed in the caring presence of another.
Each session takes about an hour.
This can be a deep and transformative experience and has the potential to greatly enhance your self-learning.
