I like Mr Loggan's different approach to mental fitness.
He listens well, interacts into the conversation , and pairs humor with things that would be difficult to other wise work through. I appreciate he focuses on NOW and the future instead of staying in the past. Im working thru anxiety , grief at the moment. Im working towards rebuilding my life and finding my balance.
