I just experiihaving my Permanent Makeup with Regina Celeste. I love the results! My Lips look amazingly full. Regina was able you make my Eyeliner look natural but still a bolder effect with smoky edges, a true artist. ... My Eyebrows are now Microbladed and have such a beautiful shape. II have wanted Fulkerson eyebrows my whole life but was not able to shape them well myself. I am so happy with my redults, I wish to to recommend her to everyone .Also, Regina is very professional... Background: I am 33 years old and I am a very active person (working out, yoga, swimming, etc.) and constantly on the go. I wanted a little less maintenance and grew tired of constantly having to reapply lipstick, gloss, etc . I have never had a tattoo before or any semi-permanent makeup before – I tend towards a natural look and low maintenance.Overall, I have to say I am so tickled with the results! I will be going in for a touch-up in a few weeks but even just thrilled with the first session! It is totally worth it! I look at myself first thing in the morning and don’t need any makeup – I look refreshed and youthful! It has been amazing working out and still having that flush in my lips!I was nervous about having it done. I contacted Regina via her website and she immediately called me to discuss the procedure, healing process, intentions, and desired outcome. She recommended taking Valtrax prior to the semi-permanent makeup to prevent any cold sores.Procedure:Regina provided a consultation where we discussed my desired look ad color. I wanted something more natural but with a little bit of rosy color. After the consultation, we began the procedure. Regina numbed my lips. The first portion of the procedure was creating an outline of the lips – it took about (3) passes to make sure the line was in place and the color fully adhered. The pain level was tolerable and Regina checked in consistently to ensure that I was comfortable. Then it was (2) passes for the rest of the lip. It took about 3 hours from consultation to procedure. Healing: I naturally have a lot of anxiety and was constantly messaging and checking-in with Regina daily as to the state of my lips. Each time Regina would call to reassure me and provide me information on the healing process. After the procedure: my lips felt swollen. I applied ice and the balm (Regina provided). Additionally, I used some arnica cream to reduce swelling. I did take a couple ibuprofens to reduce the swelling. As a private and shy person, I felt a little self-conscious the next day and worked from home. I would recommend for Day 1 to perhaps limiting your social engagements. Day 2: I returned to work, still slightly swollen – however, it looked more I returned to the work and for the most part still slightly swollen – but looked like I had a strong lip tint on my lips. The color will darken over the first few days! Do not panic! I promise it will lighten up! I would wipe my lips with an antibacterial wipe then I continued to Abrieva as a preventative measure, coconut oil, and lip balm. Day 3-5: The lips began to dry and scab (slight oozing was plasma coming out). Next time, I would probably just use an antibacterial wipe to wipe up the plasma. This is part of the healing process. These were not cold sores. The lips began to dry out, scab, and slough off. Make sure to not pull the scabs off! I did use small scissors to cut any of the dry skin that was already lifted of the lips to cut it away so it didn’t PULL the rest of the skin off. Continued to use the antibacterial wipe, then apply coconut oil and lip balm.Day 5-10: The upper lip line went through another layer of sloughing – as it had had three layers of tattooing – I was worried that it would stay darker than the rest – but Regina reassured me that it would blend naturally and easily. The upper lip line did flake and fade. Results:Day 10: WOW! I wake up in the morning and I have a freshness and youthfulness to me! I can leave the house without any lipsticks or makeup – just put on some Vitamin e oil. I am so pleased with the results and look forward to my touch up in (6) weeks! More...

I was so happy that Regina recommenced doing permanent makeup on the Eastside after a brief sabbatical . I would never trust anyone else with my face. It's my literal interaction with the world. Regina understands both women and the art of beauty. She takes her craft vary seriously and has been at it long before it became the rage-taking classes and learning on those brave early goers like me! I'm a model in the Seattle area (with SMG), and was really nervous about having permanent makeup done, but Regina understood exactly what I wanted, and delivered! It was really important everything be quite subtle, and absolutely no one has noticed the eyelash enhancement except me :) I also got freckles, and have them complimented constantly. I've since gone back to have them added to because I liked the results so much. I would never go to anyone else. Regina has been extremely professional, and gone above and beyond what I would have expected, especially given her modest price range. She's honest, hardworking, likable, and seems to constantly be finding ways to improve her craft (and to expand her services). Since it's semi-permanent, I definitely recommend doing research before booking an appointment. The process was definitely worth it for me. The results have lasted a long time (photos taken at least a year apart), and it sounds like there's flexibility if you want it to fade faster or slower. More...
