Regain Events DJ did such an amazing job with communication before, during and after our wedding day! Brian was very concerned with making sure our music and reception was what we wanted as a couple, rather than what he wanted it to be.
And he truly listened. For example, I told him in our first meeting, NO country music. And months later, during the reception a guest requested a country song and Brian made the effort to ask me if it was okay — I totally appreciated him asking first because I actually liked the song! (Lol) But that spoke volumes to me because I know DJs that wouldn’t have asked and would have just played the song regardless of what the bride and groom wanted.
Overall, our wedding went so smooth and wonderfully because of how professional and polished Regal Events DJ. Great music, great up lighting, great emceeing... all great!

My husband and I booked Regal Events to DJ for our wedding reception. We began our communication and coordination with Brian and Sheila. They were so easy to communicate with. Not only did they respond very quickly to my emails, but they were willing to meet in person to discuss all of our final plans for the wedding. Matt was our DJ for the wedding and he was amazing! Not only did he have all the music we requested (and we had some not-so-well-known songs requested) but he even made a mashup of a song for my husband just from learning from the music we had selected. My husband loved it! We also had a very personal wedding and strayed from the norm on some traditions. Matt was an excellent emcee and all of our ceremony ran smoothly as he steered us through the evening. We always got an efficient response almost immediately, which was a breath of fresh air during the hectic wedding planning process. Very professional. Our list of song requests wasn't enough to fully fill in the duration of the reception and Brian did a fantastic job of reading the crowd and kept us all dancing! So many of our friends were raving about how great our dj was! Thank you for helping us throw a real barn rager!!

Brian and his team were outstanding! Brian is so quick in responding, and his team has so many great ideas. I had some bad luck with my venue, and they were all so helpful in making the changes and adjustment without any worries at all! I added in lighting a few days before and they had it done and ready to go, again with no worries. My husband and my main thing was to always have people up and moving, and this was done with ease. Everyone had a great time and kept telling us how great the music was and how no one ever wanted to sit down and miss out on a song! My mother and I met with Brian and Sheila last November. We met with a lot of DJ’s to book 1 for our wedding. It was a hard decision but something about Brian and Sheila stuck out to me. They were very professional but also so friendly! They provided me with a planning worksheet to plan with them music, introductions, and other announcements/games. We were getting married 16 hours from home with very little information on wedding vendors in Wilmington. We booked mostly based on the amazing reviews Brian had. I am so glad we did! He and his wife were able to take what should have been the most stressful day of our lives and remind us it was all about having fun and enjoying our special day. Brian kept things moving smoothly and when the reception was running behind, he improvised. We had a smaller reception with only around 60 guests and Brian played music that kept almost everyone on the dance floor for hours! (He even played Gloria since we are such big St. Louis Blues fans) The lights and speakers he provided were top notch and he had the best prices I found in Wilmington.
