Refined Maids

I needed a cleaning service before moving into my new apartment. After many useless attempts at finding a service, Shevonne of Refined Maids answered my prayers. She was a professional from mintute one. It's been a long time since I had the pleasure of dealing  with a company with this level of professionalism and customer service. All commitments were met and and the team's cleaning job exceeded my expectations. I was in desperate need of a new cleaning service, after doing ALOT of research I chose Refined Maids. I couldn't have been happier with my decision. Their customer service was a far above the other cleaning services I connected. They were prompt in their response to me. They answered all of my questions (I asked ALOT), their online booking form was super easy to fill out and I had my first cleaning scheduled the following week. The day of my cleaning; I received a call that they would be on their way. Two lady's arrived at my home on time and ready to work, they were super friendly and very sweet. They took a quick walk around my home and got to work. After 3 hours my home was transformed back to its original state. I must say I was beyond impressed with the attention to detail these ladies showed.
