Our group held a banquet and recently used Reel Life Events Colorado's services of both DJ and photo booth. I was incredibly impressed with the professionalism, quick responses, and detailed planning process, as well as the amazing services at our banquet. Andy with Reel Life Events is AMAZING! We worked with him for a graduation party. He was extremely professional and quick to respond throughout the entire process. Andy was awesome. I talked to a lot of DJs before booking with Andy and he was by far the most organized, flexible, and attentive. His DJ portal makes it super easy to choose what songs you want played and not played. He always responded to emails quickly. We also had multiple touch points before the wedding which was reassuring that we were on the same page. Andy provided the music for by wife's BD party in Littleton in August, 2021. He was amazing! He arrived early to set up and had everything ready when the guests began to arrive. He was just as efficient in quickly taking everything down at the end. He played just the right type of music for a varied group of guests, from classic rock, country, salsa, etc. and had us dancing till the party ended. He read the crowd and adapted the music to its mood. He took requests even as he was arranging/rearranging his playlist and did it with a great attitude. He worked with us weeks before the party to create a playlist of our personal favorites, and gave us great suggestions. I unfortunately wasn't able to use Andy for my actual wedding because it was cancelled due to COVID. But, despite that, I worked with him diligently in the planning process before that happened. He answered multiple emails, we schedule an in-home meeting to plan every single aspect of the wedding, and he was kind/professional/all-around-awesome throughout the entire experience. Every detail he discussed with me made me feel confident in putting all my faith and trust in him for the big day. I know it would have been perfect because of his planning (if it had occurred). We are so glad we found out about Andy’s virtual and physical photo booth products and added them into our day with ease only 2 weeks before our wedding :)

Andy was so great to work with. He quickly answered all our questions about how the online and in person booths work and the pricing (which was MUCH better than we’d ever expectEd!!).

We were already over budget on our wedding, but are SO glad we added in both the physical and virtual booth!

Due to Covid we had many friends & family members watching a livestream of the ceremony, and wanted to make them feel involved in our day. We thought we’d only do the virtual photo booth for virtual guests To participate in, but we’re SO glad we also had the physical booth! It was not only super fun for everyone, but photos came our great and the online album that compiled both virtual and physical guests content is really fun to watch and easy for anyone to access and download their images.

There are so many ways to make the physical booth Covid friendly too - We didn’t use real props, but used the virtual prop overlays the physical booth had options to add, and guests could choose from Photo Strip, Boomerangs, Gifs, and Videos!! The boomerangs were a blast! You can opt to use hand gestures to take photos instead of using the touch screen, but we just had everyone use hand sanitizer before touching the screen and it worked great!
We didn’t use the printer option, but our guests could scan the QR code on the back of the Physical photo booth to go directly to their content online and download it instantly to their phone which made it much easier to share and post.

I made a poster on Zazzle and glued to a foam board & put on a cheap Amazon stand to explain to guests how it all works, and with Instructions on how to keep it Covid friendly.

We made our own backdrop, but were SO happy to have Andy’s light bars to have proper lighting for the photos! Much better than it would have been just using our phones!

It’s really fun to customize your booth options with Andy for your event - picking your own design and words to have on each image strip - it’s beyond fun!

Our virtual guests could send us photos of them celebrating with us, and/or send us video messages which was so fun to hear Wedding wishes from virtual guests!

I think taking photos with my hubbie, family and friends at the booth towards the end of the evening was one of the most fun parts of our day! It’s so much more relaxed and silly than posed photos, and creates a great party atmosphere, which can be especially tricky to create having many modified procedures in place for a wedding gathering due to Covid.
Mask photos are fun, and holding your breath works too! And household images are so fun to see :)

Andy’s communication was so wonderful throughout, and he even sent us a sweet thank you card after our wedding with one of our photo strips on the front.

Want a DJ that can read the room and get everyone dancing? Look no further! Andy went above and beyond his DJ duties and helped us live stream the wedding and reception to guests who were not able to travel to our wedding. From the planning, to making some changes to our original plan, to the wedding ceremony/reception itself, working with Andy and RLE Colorado was one of the best experiences I had throughout the wedding process! Andy C was awesome to work with! We hired Reel Life for DJ and Karaoke services for our company holiday party this year. I really appreciated Andy's diligence in communicating, coming to check out our venue (before we even committed!), and making sure that he delivered everything that we requested. Everyone loved the atmosphere and vibe that the music and lighting brought to the party. The event was a huge success - best ever!
