Our family purchased a home that needed a lot of updating which redemption helped us with... We had redemption also redo our bathroom showers. . Unfortunately in our main bathroom water began to leak through the grout and cause some damage to our walls (bottom only) that caused bowing to our baseboards and warping to walls.. Needless to say they came within the week of my call and repaired the tile and the walls are on their way to being repaired! I was very impressed that they stood behind their word and repaired it and it was a no questions asked type of communication other than was I satisfied.. And I am!;) More...
