We are a premier catering company that can handle any event large or small. We cater to small events of 40 up to 400. We have an amazing team of chefs that will make your event special. We specialize in made to order brunches. We love to do made to order omelets, made to order crepes where we flambe the crepes in front of the guest in an orange butter and brandy sauce and offer an array of toppings.

What’s your signature dish?
Our Italian braised chicken with red wine vinegar and tomatoes and our Italian salad with our house made croutons and house made dressing. Definitely a winner!
How do you go about creating the perfect menu for your clients?
We first do a brief phone call with the client to find out what they like and what their guests will like. We then offer to set up a tasting and let them taste any 3 dishes they would like from our menu or just from what we would suggest from talking with them. We specialize in custom menus for each client. We LOVE making new dishes for each client and coming up with different dishes that will wow their guests! Its absolutely our passion!
What do you love most about your job?
Working with the clients! We get to know our clients and their families most times. Its an absolute bonus to this job. Then making dishes and coming up with custom menus for them from what they have told us about themselves just makes our day.
What inspired you to start your own business?
My passion for food and my passion for freedom for my family and how I could impact my children to show them if you put your mind to something you can do anything! I have built this business from the ground up with really nothing but a dream and passion to make amazing food for amazing people. I can absolutely say that I LOVE what I do and I think by what my clients say that its working. We always get such nice compliments and clients love our food. And if its not something that they love at the tasting etc, we will make something they do love! Its what we do and we are really good at it!

We are a small company that cares about our clients. We will go above and beyond to make our clients happy. Its their special event and we truly care that it is special and they are happy. It shows in everything we do. From the special touches like making hand made radish roses for events or fruit and making sure they are happy not only before and during the event, but sending a card or a special note after to thank them for using our service and to thank them for letting us get to know them and be a part of their special day or event. I really think that's what sets us apart from the bulk catering services.
