What’s your signature dish?
Broiled Flank Steak with Chimichurri Sauce, Marsala Meatballs with Roasted Red Peppers & Mushrooms, Seafood Paella, Eggplant & Vegetables Lasagna (No Pasta), and Keto-friendly Chocolate Chips Cookies.
How do you go about creating the perfect menu for your clients?
I ask the clients their likes and what they envision for their event. I combine their theme for the event with flavors and colors to make the food visually appealing as well as flavorful.
What do you love most about your job?
I get to see the happiness in people's faces when the eat my food. I think they can feel the love I put in all my cooking.
What inspired you to start your own business?
Wanting to have a platform where I can be creative through my cooking and serve people, and see them happy all because of my love for food and people.
Why should our clients choose you?
Clients should choose me because I will go above and beyond to make sure my clients and their guests are happy and that they receive delicious food with excellent service. Having great food at any event changes the atmosphere from dull to fantastic and everyone is happy.

What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
We continue with the highest sanitation standards in the industry. We wear masks, gloves and sanitize our hands often when setting up, serving and clean at all our events.
Weddings Catering
We can cater buffet style as well as plated dinners. We offer an international cuisine with a great variety of options. We can customize the menu to the customers liking. We offer appetizers, dinner and dessert options.
We can also offer a bar package and an espresso bar if desired.
Corporate Catering
We can cater any business or organization event. We can offer individually packaged meals following Covid-19 guidelines. We offer a varied menu for lunch or dinner, casual or elegant. We can offer an espresso bar if desired. Dinners can be dropped off or served on location.
Quinceanera & Social Caterings
We can offer specialized caterings for Quinceañera Parties, Anniversary Parties, Birthday Parties or just because. We can cook on site (if facility allows), offer buffet or plated dinners.
