Went on January 6th 2020 for my kids 13th birthday. Upon entering the restaurant we were  greeted by a gentleman. Seconds later we were seated in our table. Our waiter Jarred "The Bald One" was quick to greet us and ask us what we wanted to drink. He was very professional and kind asking us every 10 minutes if we were doing good. The food was amazing like always. The manager also came by to check how we were doing and if everything was ok. Jarred then asked us if we wanted desert which we declined but he remembered that we where there for my kids bday and brought some icecream with a candle and some employees to sing him happy bday that was so badass to see my kid so happy thanks Jared we will be coming back. The food is- well, you know what you're getting yourself into.....it's the Applebee's of seafood. I'm not personally a big fried food/seafood type of person but it's the end of the holiday season and someone gave us a gift card. (The cocktails are fine though!)But this review is about Breanna!!! She goes by Bree and I loved her. Did everything right. Her personality is just right for that environment- never pushy, always attentive. Made sure she kept the water refilled on her own and suggested some good add ons. I could go on and on all day but you guys get the picture. Only reason i didnt give it the usual 5 stars...So i frequent this place and it is definately my go to. I havent been there in a few months due to being so bz. We went for an early New Year celebration. Ordered our usual. First off, lighting was super horrible. We were in the tables in the middle to the right of the hostess. There was 7 of us. We literally turned on our flashlights and put it under the cups to try and produce more light because we wanna see what we eating. Food came out, and it was bland. No flavor. Even the Butter was tasteless. No salt or whatevers, i was super disappointed. We took our food home and i played fix it at home, adding flavor. The service was awesome and the food was amazing. We hardly had any leftovers because it was so good. As always, the cheddar bay biscuits were so delicious! I ordered a strawberry lemonade and when I asked for a refill the server informed me that the drink didn't have free refills but regular lemonade did. A good meal and nice service! Friday night date night with my kiddo and she wanted to take mom to Red Lobster (thanks grandparents). ... I had never been to this location so went in with an open mind.20 minute wait although their app said 5 minutes. Literally half of the tables were unseated so I'm really unsure why we had to stand in the lobby for so long. But, we did. Once seated, our server was so kind the whole time and repeatedly mentioned his own kiddos; he clearly has a heart for family. Everything came out timely and was good!Biscuits are what they are, amazing. The pick two shrimp with scampi and fried shrimp really hit the spot, it was a nice sampler and I took home several shrimp. Salad was fresh, probably would pass on the mashed potatoes next time. Kiddo ordered Mac and cheese with fries. Fries are actually pretty good but I think the Mac is Kraft. If so, it drives me nuts when restaurants serve this. We don't want Kraft for 5.99 when we eat it once a week at home for $1. Our server comped us a kids sundae that was devoured in no time! SO kind of him! I read some of the reviews so I was thinking I would not have a good experience. just goes to show you have to judge things for yourself. We went to eat during Happy Hour on NY Eve and we had wonderful service.Our server was Austin and he was very nice, pleasant and efficient. My boyfriend and I came and got the $17.99 4-course feast. It was $14.99 because we came during happy hour and it was the best deal! We each got soup, salad, pasta, and dessert. We also tried the seafood stuffed mushrooms which were really good. All of the food was delicious and our waitress Maria gave us the BEST service. It has been awhile since having a meal here. Boy, we were glad we did. Ordered the seafood artichoke dip for appetizer. It was delicious. My hubby and I came over on a rainy day for lunch. I ordered the shrimp Rangoon and hubby ordered the Cajun chicken pasta. We were quite surprised how good it was. The only thing I didn't like was my Cesar salad that came with the pasta. It was drenched in the dressing and I barely could eat it. Overall, we enjoyed our lunch. We arrived for an early dinner, place was not busy, got our booth in less then 10 minutes. Â Started with those warm and delicious biscuits. Â Ordered the stuffed mushrooms and crab Rangoon (our waitress's suggestion) for appetizers, hot and tasty!I ordered a cup of chowder and the "ultimate feast" lump lobster in butter sauce, grilled scallops, Wally shrimp and coconut shrimp along with the lobster mashed potatoes. Â My wife has the clam chowder and a side salad, the boys had various sampler plates... Came here again, excellent waitress. Everything we ordered was delicious. We had mussels and sauce was so good with garlic toast, then salad which was not good but no need to remove star but it was a bit wilted and neither of us enjoyed it, I got Walt's coconut shrimp and loaded potato loved that pina colada sauce yum, son had mashed potatoes and baked potato the little carbs lol, he had snow crab and it was fresh, we both loved our desserts. Okay, I'm just as surprised that I'm giving a Red Lobster 5 stars, but bear with me.... Colby the waiter is a NATIONAL TREASURE. His treatment that day was 10x better than anything I've experienced at Commander's, and that's why this review is 5 stars.I had seen their ad on tv for endless shrimp, I haven't been to a Red Lobster in AGES, and I was curious so we stopped. We were seated immediately, and our waiter Colby was promptly with us. He got us drinks quickly (NEVER LET THEM GET EMPTY, seriously, a cm above half full and he was refilling them), and then he walked us through the menu... He knew it backwards and forwards and was able to make excellent recommendations for the appetizer (we went with lobster spinach and artichoke dip). It wasn't bad, but definitely chain restaurant food. We both ordered the endless shrimp, and made sure to each pick different shrimp so we could share... And that's where Colby blew us away again. Before we had finished our first batch, or even requested more shrimp, Colby showed up... With the other shrimp styles we hadn't tried yet! He made sure we got to sample some of each style, and when it came time to leave, he even put our drinks in to-go cups without us having to ask... I'm seriously so impressed. Thank you for such a great dining experience, & if a manager reads this, he needs a raise!The food was good, again, you could tell it was chain, but everything was warm and flavorful, and super rich. The cheddar bay biscuits are endless and wonderful, and their side Caesar salad was actually large and delicious. Again, it's a chain, and we have plenty of seafood restaurants in the area, but you can't beat all you can eat shrimp with as many styles as they have for the price they have. The manager on duty was great our server was amazing! Ty Red Lobster for making my moma’s birthday lunch awesome! The food was awesome! We really enjoyed our visit! I was too busy fussing over my mom and didn’t get the manager‘a name or our server! From the moment we walked in the door we were treated with welcoming arms! You don’t usually see the manager helping his staff but he did all the way through bussing tables bringing food out that man stayed busy! Red lobster has always been known for their quality seafood. Their servings are generous and the prices, do a bit on the steep side, or worth it if you can afford it. For that alone I dropped one star. The day I went I was waiting on by a young man named Jesse. He was prompt, efficient, professional, courteous, friendly and amenable. The roasted veggie dish I had was delivered by another server and it came without sweet potatoes. Within 5 minutes Jesse saw the dish and went back to the kitchen to find out what the problem was. He approached and apologetically told me they had run out of sweet potatoes. He also said they should not have even served it. He offered to deduct it from the bill. What a nice touch. To our waiter Juan, what CAN'T he do?! you were more enjoyable tonight than our food (WHICH WAS AMAZING). If ever I'm in the area, then I'll always stop in to get some chowder and those cheddar bay biscuits! Luckily, I was in town and decided to pop in. I was waited on by Mary, the bartender, and she was super friendly, down to earth, and had a "wicked" Boston accent. I connected with her immediately. She suggested a new shrimp appetizer on the menu, so I thought I'd trust her and give it a whirl. So glad that I did! She was right - it was delicious! The clam chowder and the biscuits were just as good as I remembered. Before I left, Mary happily brought me some biscuits to go (can't wait to have those later) and she gave me a to-go cup for my water. Perfect!Love it when I get service that exceeds my expectations. This place is an amazing upgrade from our Red Lobster in the Portland area. We stopped in here on our way from Seattle to Portland for our daughter's birthday dinner. We were seated immediately at a booth. Our server introduced herself and took our drink orders to give us time to decide on food.After placing our orders we received our favorite biscuits and shortly after that received our soups and salads. Everything was very good. Salads were fresh and crisp and the clam chowder was hot. When our dinners arrived we were all served at one time which was great!! That doesn't always happen for us since we generally have 4-7 in our party. The food was all prepared great and tasted even better. The fried shrimps were crisp and not greasy. The pasta was nicely cooked and the salmon and lobster were cooked perfectly. Our server and the manager were really great when I had a small issue with my pasta. I LOVE THIS RED LOBSTER!! We came for our anniversary on a Saturday night and our experience was absolutely fantastic! PAULA was so attentive, energetic, and friendly! She made our anniversary dinner great while still dealing with so many other tables, and the kitchen being jammed on a Saturday night! She was so fantastic I don't think I've ever had a server as good as Paula!!! Also, the food was delicious! The Lobster was huge and the crab was amazing and sweet. The steak was cooked perfectly medium! It was also delicious and didn't require any sauce since it was perfectly seasoned. The sides were great portions and everything came out delicious. I also wanted to say that the restaurant as a whole is what made the experience great! While having delicious food and great service is awesome, it's also great to have the people bringing you food ask if you needed anything else and refill our drinks!
