Red lobster has always been known for their quality seafood. Their servings are generous and the prices, do a bit on the steep side, or worth it if you can afford it. For that alone I dropped one star. The day I went I was waiting on by a young man named Jesse. He was prompt, efficient, professional, courteous, friendly and amenable. The roasted veggie dish I had was delivered by another server and it came without sweet potatoes. Within 5 minutes Jesse saw the dish and went back to the kitchen to find out what the problem was. He approached and apologetically told me they had run out of sweet potatoes. He also said they should not have even served it. He offered to deduct it from the bill. What a nice touch. You usually can't go wrong with Red Lobster. I ordered snow crab and potato soup. The crab was pretty good as usual but I had to send the potato soup back because it was too thick. Overall my family had a nice time.

I recently visited this Red Lobster in Harlem on 125th Street. Upon walking in I saw towards the right that they were doing Karaoke in the corner which I haven't seen before in this chain. At the time, the people that were participating weren't too bad but by the time we were heading out - it was a bit rough on the ears. The Karaoke music is so loud and dominate that it overpowers any music that may be playing in the restaurant. Nonetheless we were lured to Red Lobster for the unlimited shrimp special and they did not disappoint. Upon arrival, on the second floor, we were seated within 5 minutes. Shortly after our waiter, Rashad, informed us he would be right with us soon. Upon his return we place our entire order and Rashad made sure he offered us the current specials. Our salads and cheddar bay biscuits came quickly and tasted fresh. Not too long after our main course was delivered, sweet beautiful shrimp!!! I had the honey siracha shrimp with the garlic shrimp scampi for my first round. After that all my refills were the garlic shrimp scampi which came out piping hot and full of flavor each time. Red lobster, Harlem, unlimited shrimp... What a combination.First they have karaoke on the main floor. We could hear them from the dining room at times. Some of the singers were spot on; sounded like we were listening to the best of the 70s and 80s R&B.Service was not the best, but with only 2 waiters on the floor our waiter did well to come back as often as he could. Though he did forget about us when it came close to check out. I could complain about finding a clean red lobster in the city with prices comparable to national prices. I came into this restaurant last night. What I had for the appetizers is the mussels and the bread. They both tasted well. I had salad next and it was okay. Had a 5:30 reservation right before seeing an 8:00 show on a busy Saturday night. Red LobsterAfter being out all day in Waikiki we were walking back to our accomodation and pasted Led Lobster, our kids aren't huge seafood fans so we tentatively took a look at the menu. After seeing some nice, 'non-seafood' optioned we want in and got a table for five.Staff had happy bubbly attitude's and could not have been more attentive when it came to questions about the menu and food.Service overall we really good, whether it was bring out drinks, cleaning up used plates or issues fresh refills on the drinks.... Had an early dinner with my family in this place. Food is excellent and choices of drinks are great. Went here on weekdays and they have special course menu to choose from. Free biscuits with an order of course menu is a plus. The biscuit was really tasty & fresh from the oven. Jayna K, our waitress was superb! She was on point and knows what to offer for first time customer. We ordered a dessert & I asked for a candle for my sons birthday. I love seafood, and this place is legit seafood. Restaurant chain that offers seafood up the ying yang! Shrimp, made in so many different ways. Different flavors and ohhhh buttah! Yes, food is generic and commercially made, but who cares, it's still yummy! It's near Waikiki so high tourist traffic, so the wait could be long. Inside is nice clean and cozy. Staff is always nice and friendly. Nice place for celebrations, like birthdays. Menu is vast and surely for anyone's tasting. Lobster is always good all the time. My wife & I had to do a google search to find a Red Lobster in the area we were visiting this past August. After a very disappointing visit to a white cloth fine dining seafood restaurant that claimed to have surf & turf, That fine dining seafood restaurant didn't even have lobster on their menu!!! We were treated awesome at this Red Lobster, The food was fantastic, Our waitress was beyond awesome, The GM was there & when I asked to speak with management, (to let them know this waitress was the best ever.) This is a chain restaurant so service is pretty consistent. However, on our last visit we had a server, Jackie, who is worth recommending. Jackie was not only attentive, but she never missed anything. We were pretty specific on how we wanted our food ordered because we were on a schedule. She was able to get our order in and delivered exactly how we asked, while refilling our drinks and getting cocktails from the bar. She took special attention to be sure everything we ordered was delicious and prepared correctly. If you have a large party in the future, request Jackie. My wife and I had an early dinner here and I wanted to share my positive experience at Red Lobster. The cheddar biscuits were amazing, the salad was ok, the main courses of crab linguini and lobster linguini were very good and I enjoyed the flavor of my unsweetened iced tea as well. Having said that, the service is why I am writing this review. Our server, Hannah, did an exceptional job and deserves to be recognized! From the time we started our meal until the time we paid the bill she was outstanding! Great service, friendly disposition, and knowledgeable about the food....she really worked hard to make sure my wife and I enjoyed the entire experience. Look, it's a chain restaurant so if you are going thinking the food will be extraordinary then you will probably feel it falls short, but if you want good food, great service, and a reasonable price, I think you will be pleased with this location. Placed a priority seating/reservation over the phone with the manager. My party of 8 arrived 10 minutes before the said time. After 30 minutes, we were still not seated even if there was an empty table with 8 chairs just beside the waiting area. 5 minutes after following up, we were seated on that same table! WHY WEREN'T WE SEATED RIGHT AWAY AND WHY DID WE HAVE TO WAIT FOR 35 minutes when it was empty all along. Whoo-hoo for endless shrimp!! My roommate and I are huge seafoodies, so we had to slide in for this amazing deal. The endless shrimp deal is coming to an end, so hurry in if you want to experience a 15. 99 shrimp buffet!We wanted to get the whole experience, so we ordered every kind of shrimp they offered. We started with the garlic shrimp scampi, shrimp linguine alfredo, crispy siracha-honey shrimp, and teriyaki grilled shrimp. Our favorite was the garlic shrimp scampi. So much butter and so much garlic! The shrimp linguine alfredo was also a great palette-resetter. The pasta was great to munch on in between shrimp plates. The teriyaki was also pretty good, but we felt like they'd overdone it on the sauce.Since we really enjoyed the shrimp scampi, we ordered another two rounds. We also got a grilled shrimp kebob without the teriyaki sauce, which we liked a lot better. The last shrimp dish we got was the hand-breaded shrimp, which was the least impressive by far. The breading was extremely dry and there was no sauce to dip it in. It actually tasted a lot better as leftovers because the breading had gotten soggy by then, lending it a little bit of moisture.Overall, the endless shrimp experience was successful! The adults snuck away for a quiet dinner and Red Lobster was just up the road from where we are staying. We around around 7 on a week night and were quickly seated. Our waitress lacked personality. She didn't tell us about any specials just jumped right into our drink order.We got our food and it was pretty good. My food arrived lukewarm and my friend's was hot.
