Not having explored too many options when it comes to seafood around Reno, I seem to jump back into Red Lobster, mainly because of this scrumptious soup! !  When I have a serious craving for seafood, this soup from the seafood gods always seems to fit the bill!  My hubs isn't a huge fan of seafood, so we need to compromise when it comes to surf and turf.  I don't love venturing into smoky casinos to get a meal anymore - it's not worth the worry of wondering where my food came from and what kind of oil are they using to prepare my food anymore!  Atmosphere here in this Reno location is always dimmed and the staff is always friendly.  Bathrooms are usually a big to me, but I didn't check this one, LOL.I also ordered a "Create a Combo" of the new lobster pieces and a broiled whitefish, which was also EXCELLENT, but didn't take a picture.  I believe the waiter brought us THREE baskets of their secretly-addicting cheddar biscuits, which by the way, need NO BUTTER (WHAT?) and I was stuffed with all that good food!  I did have a side of the lobster mashed potatoes, but that cheese sauce they finish on top with reminds me of Velveeta and I scooped it to the side.  I had quite a bit of left-overs and they were really truly super-GOOD the next day...all the flavors soaked together.This soup though...it's an up-charge of $5 as a soup with your entree - expensive, yes...but worth it?  OH YES!  Every bite-full has chunks of lobster and the taste is every ounce of savory that you NEED with seafood.  Now that I'm talking about it, I may need to grab another bowl sooner than later! Waiter was very attentive and when bringing take home box had also bought fresh biscuits already bagged. Very thoughtful had also enclosed tartar sauce and cocktail sauce.

Love, love, love this restaurant. Easy to find parking. Welcoming ambiance. Servers are nice and friendly. They have excellent deals all the time and I come here often to try different things. My favorite? The lobster biscuits of course! The only caveat: most dishes are high in calories. Probably not the place to go if you are trying go lose weight. More...

My son and I had a wonderful experience here this week. Why?- Michelle our waiter was FABULOUS!!!! She was sooo attentive and kind. Had great recommendations and provided fast service. Thank you Michelle! - Our food was ALL cooked perfectly! Kudos to the chef!! I was telling my son that I had never had such a well cooked and tasty lobster in my life! - Very clean booths and restrooms- We went at 5pm and were seated promptly- They offer kids meals- Comfortable seating- Excellent ambiance especially for a special occasion- They provide tablets for customers at each table to order desserts, drinks and pay for bill if you chooseOverall excellent service and loved our waiter Michelle!! Cost: 15 bucks and the 10% coupon works. So 14 something. Excellent priceFood: got the garlic shrimp, Sriracha shrimp, Alfredo, teriyaki, crispy batter shrimp. Garlic was amazing. Got that one like 4 times. The garlic sauce is good that you'll end up dipping other shrimp in it as well.I eat a lot! Also do order the cheese biscuits, BUT only one order, or you'll fill up. Love the atmosphere of the place. We went on a Friday so it was pretty busy but ordered the endless shrimp. BF got a salad with ceaser dressing but the dressing was so sour he wouldn't eat it. Ate all my shrimp and sat there with empty glass, and the waiter never asked if I wanted to place another order until I had a empty plate and stacked it on the edge of the table. Then offered a drink to go and asked if I wanted to put in another order of shrimp. . The shrimp were delicious, the biscuits were nice and hot and moist. Overall was a good visit. Kimmy was so nice! And she does a killer English accent lol Had the 4 course feast on Wednesday for $15. Not bad, great portions and the biscuits are always a +++++, just wish Red Lobster would truly give your choice of dessert without an upcharge.

Honestly Shane was the best waiter. We went during the unlimited shrimp season and he made sure to always ask for our next round of shrimp. The wait was long for a Sunday night but they set us up at the bar to have a predrink before we had our meal. No issues here. More...

Wow... this Red Lobster location, I have to say that their service is good. Compare to many locations I been to. I guess it just really depend on the the waiter/waitress on shift. I went there with a friend because we were craving for their endless shrimp for $15.99! I sure love some AYCE shrimp. We got our order in and drink as well. The service was very nice and friendly! Once our shrimp is out, they asked us if we want to place our refill in just in case it get busy. I will take that as a "Yes". We got couple of rounds with the shrimp. We tried all their different flavors. My favorite one was their Sriracha crispy shrimp. It was delicious. Overall, great service and food that day. Will be back soon! More...

The concierge was slightly rude, (we went around 1pm 11/03/19) im not sure if they were under staffed or he was to busy twiddling his thumbs in the back. took foerever to be greeted and not even friendly or apologetic.
