Excellent experience!! Our visit to the Red Lobster today was excellent. There was no wait time when we arrived and was greeted warmly and professionally. We had a birthday celebration, group seating wasn't ready at time of reservations had to wait nearly 30 minutes, hostess kept us updated & kept apologizing for the delay Manager helped with cleaning tables, right on it the whole time. Waitress (Forgot to ask her name, sure she told us but, no one could remember) She was on it quick and very professional, we felt bad we were terrible for asking for more butter more rolls, repeatedly asking for something else and she very politely and nicely fulfilled what must have made her think, what else now?We had 5 Ultimate platter,and all the snow crab legs were still frozen, we asked for the Manager on duty who made amends without hemming & hawing, gave us a discount & dessert on the house for all 7 of us!We were all happy campers!I had the Bar Harbor Platter, perfect seasoning, highly recommended! I'd say this was more of a 3.5 experience, but I'm rounding up to 4. We stopped in on Friday night around 6:30. They were crowded, but not packed. We were seated quickly. We did wait a few minutes for service after we were seated, but our waitress was very pleasant and got our drinks quickly. Our salads and bay biscuits came out quickly and were as tasty as ever. We ordered a mussels appetizer, but it never came out. Our waitress got busy with a large party that came in, so by the time she stopped by again, she was letting us know our food was on its way. I let her know that we never received our app and she was very apologetic. Our dinners immediately came out and we were both happy with what we ordered. My scallops and lobster were both cooked perfectly.  I do wish they would use larger shrimp in their scampi dish. We were offered a free dessert to make up for the app mishap, but we passed. After having a fun shopping afternoon, my Mom & I decided to eat an early dinner at this location.  We had never dined at this location before (we live about 30 minutes away). It turned out to be a great experience! And, to be honest, there was a lil hiccup in the beginning w/our server, K.T., but it was Quickly & Quietly 'fixed' ! I must say that K.T.'s demeanor and service was Excellent! I told her that I was having a lil hip pain and my intention is to always 'treat people like I want to be treated'...so, I will not be rude, nasty or etc.-but both my Mom and I truly appreciated her 'hearing' my heart--because I told her 'the pain is talking' & she assured me that she would take great care of us...& she did just that! We visited this location because our home location was closed.  We are glad we got to experience this Kennesaw, GA services.  The Manager, Dee, came around to make sure everything was to or expectations.  We ordered the unlimited shrimp and the poor waitress worked her butt off keeping up with the reorders and refills.  Awesome service and tasting food.  Always delivered hot and fresh.I would recommend this location to anyone.  You will not be disappointing. It has been years since I've been to Red Lobster! I came for the endless shrimp promotion! The wait was about 30 minutes which wasn't bad at all. When we were seated, our waiter was at the table right away to take drink orders and bring out some biscuits! Everything was very fresh! I started off with the teriyaki glaze shrimp and the shrimp scampi!! Everything was great! I got lobster mashed potatoes and they were also very good! Our waiters service was nothing short of great. The only reason i didn't vote 5 stars is because they were out of the broccoli and asparagus which only left salads as the green food options. This was one of the best nights out with the family I have had in years!! We arrived on a busy Friday night, place was already full, but they invited us to sit in the bar. We were almost going to just go somewhere else thinking they were too busy. Thank goodness we didn't! We had the pleasure of Roosevelt taking care of us at dinner and he made sure we were taken care of with better service than I have ever had!! We've dined in numerous countries throughout Europe and US, so that's not empty praise!! The food was great, but the service was what we were blown away by! Like any good chain restaurant, the food should be consistent from one store to the next. The big difference comes in the service. Kudos to the Kennesaw store 0433. I took my wife and father-in-law for a Monday late lunch/early dinner. We ordered the all you can eat shrimp dinners. Which for three people at one table is a work out for the server. Our server, Pat did a GREAT job ! He was very attentive. There wasn't an empty glass, empty plate or empty sauces. As a plate was emptied, a fresh full was exchanged. My father-in-law is 83 yrs old and he said "Pat was the best server he has ever had".I have to agree, Pat is at the top of my list also. If have been to the Murfreesboro Red Lobster I recommend you give it a try. Our services was outstanding and the All you can Eat Shrimp was fantastic. Before this Red Lobster visit I had not visited a Red Lobster location in years...  This restaurant was right across the street from our hotel, and on our first night we were exhausted so we stopped in. The service was fabulous, the waitress was great with my kids.  The food was good, what you expect at Red Lobster.  I got the mixed grill, and my hubby got Seafarer's feast, my kids got their usual chicken fingers & fries & macaroni and cheese.  Would we come here again probably, who can pass up their biscuits. VERY IMPRESSED!!!!Our company in downtown Nashville ordered 33 of the Tiered box lunches from the Antioch Red Lobster yesterday. We were beyond amazed by the whole experience. The GM was very involved in making the experience a good one. The sales and catering coordinator Secret, was a jewel. She took care of making sure we had all the information we needed and was the person who delivered and help set up all the meals. She looked very nice and represented the company well. Previous unpleasant experiences have kept me away for well over a year but  friends convinced me to go there for lunch with them.  I was pleasantly surprised. Went there for a recent family celebration and enjoyed the service. The wait staff was very friendly and responsive to our needs. I'm not much for the fancy sea food so I ordered the simple cod filet and chips. I was underwhelmed with the batter/taste. It was lower quality than the fish from Culvers. I understand I didn't order any of the fancy seafood, but I would think even the run of the mill fish dinner (@ $13 for one filet and fries) would be better than fast food quality! More...

I love good seafood and that is what you get at this Red Lobster location. Wait times are usually not long, servers are kind and attentive, and the food is good. I like the lunch specials because you can satisfy your seafood cravings for a good price. I also like the new loyalty program which earns you points for appetizers and desserts. We came here while visiting some family in town. Service was wonderful. We had some dietary needs at our table and our server ( Mary Ann) was fabulous. She went back and forth to check with the chef to make sure certain items are safe and she had some biscuits made just for me that didn't have cheese or butter.
