Went on January 6th 2020 for my kids 13th birthday. Upon entering the restaurant we were greeted by a gentleman. Seconds later we were seated in our table. Our waiter Jarred "The Bald One" was quick to greet us and ask us what we wanted to drink. He was very professional and kind asking us every 10 minutes if we were doing good. The food was amazing like always. The manager also came by to check how we were doing and if everything was ok. Jarred then asked us if we wanted desert which we declined but he remembered that we where there for my kids bday and brought some icecream with a candle and some employees to sing him happy bday that was so badass to see my kid so happy thanks Jared we will be coming back. I got an Togo order two days ago,inside no complaints but one. customer services was good. My biscuits was good but my clam chowder was not good it was the second time I got the soup it tasted funny like tiny crystals when I getting to chewing into it.

A good meal and nice service! Friday night date night with my kiddo and she wanted to take mom to Red Lobster (thanks grandparents). ... I had never been to this location so went in with an open mind.20 minute wait although their app said 5 minutes. Literally half of the tables were unseated so I'm really unsure why we had to stand in the lobby for so long. But, we did. Once seated, our server was so kind the whole time and repeatedly mentioned his own kiddos; he clearly has a heart for family. Everything came out timely and was good!Biscuits are what they are, amazing. The pick two shrimp with scampi and fried shrimp really hit the spot, it was a nice sampler and I took home several shrimp. Salad was fresh, probably would pass on the mashed potatoes next time. Kiddo ordered Mac and cheese with fries. Fries are actually pretty good but I think the Mac is Kraft. If so, it drives me nuts when restaurants serve this. We don't want Kraft for 5.99 when we eat it once a week at home for $1. Our server comped us a kids sundae that was devoured in no time! SO kind of him! My hubby and I came over on a rainy day for lunch. I ordered the shrimp Rangoon and hubby ordered the Cajun chicken pasta. We were quite surprised how good it was. The only thing I didn't like was my Cesar salad that came with the pasta. It was drenched in the dressing and I barely could eat it. Overall, we enjoyed our lunch. After wanting to try Red Lobster for long I was finally able to try in during this holidays. We went there for dinner and place was pretty empty. We ordered combo and the portion size was huge. We normally go eat there when ever were in the Colma area. Every time we've gone there we've had nothing but good service, got seated right away, and got our food fast. You usually can't go wrong with Red Lobster. I ordered snow crab and potato soup. The crab was pretty good as usual but I had to send the potato soup back because it was too thick. Overall my family had a nice time.

I LOVE THIS RED LOBSTER!! We came for our anniversary on a Saturday night and our experience was absolutely fantastic! PAULA was so attentive, energetic, and friendly! She made our anniversary dinner great while still dealing with so many other tables, and the kitchen being jammed on a Saturday night! She was so fantastic I don't think I've ever had a server as good as Paula!!! Also, the food was delicious! The Lobster was huge and the crab was amazing and sweet. The steak was cooked perfectly medium! It was also delicious and didn't require any sauce since it was perfectly seasoned. The sides were great portions and everything came out delicious. I also wanted to say that the restaurant as a whole is what made the experience great! While having delicious food and great service is awesome, it's also great to have the people bringing you food ask if you needed anything else and refill our drinks! Thank you!The manager came by and asked how we were twice on a very busy night and the hostess was sweet and changed our table when I asked. So today was an extremely stressful day for my cousin and I and we each had our sons with us. Hers is 6 and mine is 9 months. And both have fallen asleep in the car on the way to the restaurant so you could tell that they were both a little cranky when we first got there. ( As someone who's worked in the service industry for more than 20 years I know that I myself seeing this kind of table walk-in would not really be looking forward to taking them) but our server Zack was (and is) truly one of the most accommodating, good natured, excellent personality having, ( just all around an amazing human being) server!! His service was on point. He was friendly. He was knowledgeable. He had a great memory (cuz we asked for a few extra things) Also a bonus we were also seates kind of off the beaten path as to not have to worry about our kids disturbing the other patrons! Zack even went so far as to play catch with the older one, just a couple times but it's those little efforts that really make a big difference! So I strongly advise if you are ever in Schaumburg and are able to dine at this location do yourself a favor and ask if Zach is working and he will not be disappointed. Had a 5:30 reservation right before seeing an 8:00 show on a busy Saturday night. The restaurant was getting busy at arrival but the hostess and wait staff were highly organized and got seated quickly. Service was lovely, efficient and timely but never rushed. Red LobsterAfter being out all day in Waikiki we were walking back to our accomodation and pasted Led Lobster, our kids aren't huge seafood fans so we tentatively took a look at the menu. After seeing some nice, 'non-seafood' optioned we want in and got a table for five.Staff had happy bubbly attitude's and could not have been more attentive when it came to questions about the menu and food.Service overall we really good, whether it was bring out drinks, cleaning up used plates or issues fresh refills on the drinks.... Had an early dinner with my family in this place. Food is excellent and choices of drinks are great. Went here on weekdays and they have special course menu to choose from. Free biscuits with an order of course menu is a plus. The biscuit was really tasty & fresh from the oven. Jayna K, our waitress was superb! She was on point and knows what to offer for first time customer. We ordered a dessert & I asked for a candle for my sons birthday. I had lunch there today, the hostess in front, Lorena is awesome! She’s the hardest working person there. She was very nice and helpful and always busy doing something. My waitress not so much. I had to ask twice for napkins and then she actually showed me how to pay my own bill “in case I was ready to go and she didn’t come by”. Really? I love seafood, and this place is legit seafood. Restaurant chain that offers seafood up the ying yang! Shrimp, made in so many different ways. Different flavors and ohhhh buttah! Yes, food is generic and commercially made, but who cares, it's still yummy! It's near Waikiki so high tourist traffic, so the wait could be long. Inside is nice clean and cozy. Staff is always nice and friendly. Nice place for celebrations, like birthdays. Menu is vast and surely for anyone's tasting. Lobster is always good all the time. My wife & I had to do a google search to find a Red Lobster in the area we were visiting this past August. After a very disappointing visit to a white cloth fine dining seafood restaurant that claimed to have surf & turf, That fine dining seafood restaurant didn't even have lobster on their menu!!! We were treated awesome at this Red Lobster, The food was fantastic, Our waitress was beyond awesome, The GM was there & when I asked to speak with management, (to let them know this waitress was the best ever.) My second experience here was much better thanks to Leann. She is a treasure to Red Lobster. I came here with my family that were visiting me from the city. We ordered so much food and drinks. The spot is dimly lit and it has the usual Red Lobster decor. We were seated immediately. We were given information about the specials of the evening. We were even greeted by the visiting Manager.
